RV325: DNS Service for MAC/IP links?

The RV325 has a possibility to serve DNS responses for the local server names? Most routers these days @home have a list of local devices that they resolve so that there is no need to configure a dedicated DNS. I was wondering if the RV325 can do as well, or I need to configure an additional server?

Hello Steve,.

The RV325 option like this, called a local database of DNS.  It is available under DHCP > DNS the local database.  This will allow you to name links to IP Configuration without needing a full DNS server.

Hope that helps and thanks for using Cisco,
