S2240L, vertical line

Bought individual S2240L dell rear monitor 1 month (date of manufacture - April 2013). Today morning there is a line dark portrait (from top to bottom) in the middle of the screen. Tried to contact the service in CHENNAI, INDIA through phone, but the number does not exist. Also tried toll free no. but can not reach texhnical support as it does for the service tag. Need help to solve the problem
