Safari - blocking the entire system

End of 2013 MacBook Pro retina 13 "/ 8 GB Ram / 256 GB SSD"

OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 (clean install using a USB bootable 10.11.4)

Get a hang of the side system every few days, sometimes go as long as 5-6 days before happen again. No consistency, once completely random. The most common time was today, closure of some programs (Safari, Word, PowerPoint 2016, Mail for 2016) then it froze just; Able to move the mouse but nothing is admissible. The only thing consistent with these blockages are while it lasts, usually about a minute then it becomes sensitive. Tried to contact Apple several times, all the help they have provided has been essentially delete files hidden in the user library folder and the library system caches/cookies/logs/launchagents/launchdaemons folder, run disk utility and then run first aid (also in the system and then running in recovery mode, start at boot create a new user and test, which did not help. They got get a PRAM and SMC reset did not help.

I noted the time that blocking has happened recently; 14:38 today and checked the console for newspapers at the time. I have noted that I thought that may be useful:

2016 04-08 2:38:27.999 PM com.apple.iCloudHelper [4304]: AOSKit WARNING: failed to get the answer of APSConnection initialization methods

2016 04-08 2:38:32.273 PM SubmitDiagInfo [656]: unable to load the configuration of location on the disk file. To return to the default location. Reason: Won't serialize to _readDictionaryFromJSONData due to the object nil

2016 04-08 2:38:57.360 PM watchdogd [225]: [watchdog_daemon] @(_wd_daemon_service_thread) - service (com.apple.WindowServer) reported as insensitive

2016 04-08 2:38:58.363 PM watchdogd [225]: [watchdog_daemon] @(__wd_service_report_unresponsive_block_invoke) - could not collect a spindump for (com.apple.WindowServer)

Don't know if these are blocking or not, hoping someone can chime in with a higher knowledge. I also ran a script provided by Linc Davis in another post, Re: running OS 10.11.4 and Safari 9.1. Since the update, Safari now frequently freezes the MacBook Pro and cannot be forced to leave. Should turn off. Difficulty? I'll post the link to pastebin with my results; http://pastebin.com/8XJ1sp7d

Any help is appreciated ~

start to start, create a new user and test

You reproduced the problem in safe mode and when logged in as a different user? Are you sure of that?

I don't know if it's related, but you have three pirated and "cracked" commercial applications: 'BetterZip,' "Fantastical" and "PopClip." Those who should all be deleted immediately. Nothing is more dangerous than software cracked running.
