Safari links not working not

Since today, after update 9.3 links return of research in Safari will not open. Prolonged pressure on the links causes Safari to crash.

Same problem with most of the other browsers, at least that opening links in a new tab.

Apple is aware there is a problem with Safari / links due to the 9.3 update.

If all goes well they will provide a fix soon.

I recently changed my financial from Safari to Firefox work because I'm always on Mac Book Pro Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and, according to a recent article in the web, Firefox will ensure better security than Safari, now that Apple has stop security updates.

When I explore this Bank including link to display the electronic statement, the Application launch area appears. I tried a sample and Firefox. Preview does nothing and Firefox crashed.

I don't have this problem with another bank. Normally, I do not download the estatements.

How can I avoid this nuisance (I went to Safari to see this statement).

    Thank you.

    Hi athawwind,
What happens in the preview? is empty when you open it?

If the preview is blank while the download did not download correctly, you can turn on the feature to scan the download when it's done to make sure.

    1. Enter about: config in the address bar and press to enter.

  • Why file > Send link not working? Even do a right click on my mouse does not work. Is there any solution for this?

Why can I no longer send links to Web sites? By clicking on file > Send link does not work or right clicking on the mouse. Both worked before Firefox 6. I can also send emails to sites that don't specify their address, but to say "send an e-mail, click here. Everything works well in Chrome and Safari, but not in Firefox.

Could you check if your setting for mailto links has been deleted or become associated with an e-mail client that does not exist? Here's how:

    Firefox > Preferences > Applications

In the search box at the top of the list, type or paste mailto and make a pause so that the list is filtered.

If change the dropdown to the right column does not improve things (sometimes go to another provider, which, to return and put back OKing won't work), you may need to reset your application preferences. • Why goolgeearth does not work with Chrome and Safari but not Firefox

When in firefox using Google maps and click on "EARTH", I get a window indicating that, to use the 3D, I have to install 21.0 Google Earth plugin with option click on 'Download '. Note: Firefox 21.0 and MAC OS 10.7.5 have all current software updates installed. Safari and Chrome are asking not for any plug-ins and 3D Earth option works very well. ANY HELP?

PS my MAC has an Intel HD Graphics 3000 installed, but my MAC, Safari, and Chrome work fine.

Google Earth requires a graphic that comes pre-installed with Chrome and Safari plug-in. If Google Earth works on other browsers, install the Firefox plug-in is the solution. To install this on Firefox, download it from the prompt window, or go to https://www.google.com/earth/explore/products/plugin.html.

This is a known issues with 9.3 and Safari (with the mail application and other applications)

Some have reported success goes in the settings, safari, advanced and Disabling Javascript. Others said that Opera browser works, so you can use it as a workaround until a patch is issued. There is no indication how long can take this difficulty. Maybe in a few hours, could be days.

or you just have to wait it out.

  • Safari does not load http, apps don't work on 10.11.4

I've just updated to 10.11.4 and Safari opens not all http, https only pages. In addition, some of the apps like Dropbox and vk e-mail client do not work.

App Store will load all of the images and I can't download apps: 'connection lost '. Any thoughts?

Please read this message before doing anything.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It is unlikely to solve your problem. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

The test is intended to determine if the problem is caused by a third-party software that loads automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.

Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.

Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.

Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

The login screen is displayed even if you usually connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

Test in safe mode. Same problem?

After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of the test.
