  Mean you 12.1.3 or 12.2.3.

  You can change it through the "Site Name" profile option at the Site level (responsibility of the system administrator > system > profile). Logout and login again and you will be able to see the new site name in the header of the window.

  Scalability, performance and functionality of discoverer have serious limitations.

  OBIEE is much better than discoverer in all directions.

  11.1.1.9 and 12.2.1.0.0 are certified with 12.2.4.

  I recommend you to go to 12 c, you'll have better integration goes forward with 12,2 EBS.

  I suggest that you increase the amount of memory on this box 4 GB should be enough for the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 installation only.   I am trying to create a new area where I wanted to use the same scheme used in the existing domain.  It failed with the below error

  Is it mandatory that the scheme (creating the UCR) used in a field cannot be used for the new domain?  or am I missing something? Please notify.

  That's the point... So actually you were never more than one domain using the same patterns, you have never shared patterns on different fields... You had a domain which would sometimes... Not possible in 12 c but because of OPSS more... Maybe you could just the OPSS schema duplicated, but you would always use the platform so that it was not intended to...

• How to use MDS without activating the safety of the ADF?

  1. I want to apply MDS in my ADF application without implementation of the safety of the ADF.
  2. I have two users (User1 and User2) and their password (eu1 and welcome2) in the database table.
  3. I have a table surrounded by panelCollection, where I'm going to change the positions of the column.
  4. When User1 login, it changes the order of the columns, then he logout. Next time when User1 connection once again, it should be able to see the changes that he done it before at a previous session.
  5. However, the changes should not be there when User2 login.

  Please suggest how I can get this feature.

  I managed to get this working. The documentation is very vague. The BEEP report gets the parameters 'default' and LOV based on the presentation and the column variable in OBIEE analysis he uses as a data set. You can't see these variables as parameters on the BEEP report presentation.

  If you need to use variables of presentation on OBIEE analysis, with a default value. Then create the report BEEP with this analysis, as the set of data. Don't create settings on the side TONE. The BEEP report on a dashboard and there you go, the BEEP report data will be filtered according to the value of the variable of presentation.
