  Kernel memory corruption vulnerability is present in VMware tools

  "Shared folders" feature (HGFS) running Microsoft Windows. Successful

  exploitation of this issue could lead to an escalation of privilege in

  guest operating system.

  VMware would like to thank Dmitry Janushkevich of the Secunia

  Note: This vulnerability does not allow for elevation of privileges of

  the guest to the host operating system. Memory of the host cannot be

  manipulation of the guest operating system by exploiting this vulnerability.

  Hello

  This seems to be a problem with VMware Tools which contains the driver HGFS. Even if it does not work on ESXi, if the virtual machine is migrated to a non-ESXi system and HGFS is enabled then HGFS would have the problem. ESXi has other controls does not affect the fact that HGFS has a problem. It's one of the reasons that the Hardening Guide said to turn it off in any case.

• I have Cloud and Outlook 2016

  I have Office 2016 on my computers that installed Office 365. And so I have my calendars and contacts on Outlook configured to synchronize with I Cloud. I know that many people have the same problem I have in what FEI an Office Update installed in August of this year, Outlook no longer works with I Cloud. I've had several conversations and phone conversations with Microsoft technicians, but as of the now, they tell me there is no solution for the problem.

  I live a few months the problem and will continue to do so, but it seems certain that between Microsoft and Apple this problem should be fixed well before now.

  Does anyone have any suggestions they can give me on how to fix?

  The fastest way I can think of would be to go to the Albums, go to all the Photos tab, highlight the photo you want to delete and press 'Select' in the upper right corner. Place your finger on the first complete line, you want to remove (if you have pictures that do not have a complete row that you want to remove these institutions, select them individually first), slide your finger on the line so that they are all selected, and then slide up so that it starts automatically at your old photos of scrolling. Once the photos you want to delete are selected, press the trash in the lower right. This will move them to your album "Recently deleted", then they will be always on your phone for 30 days, unless you remove them. • 2016-001 security update restart blocks iMac

  This is an iMac of 2013 end on OS X 10.11.6. Installation of security update 2016-001 10.11.6 requires a reboot.   If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account.  Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a check for directory and disables all start-up and connection, among other things. When you restart normally, the initial restart may be slower than normal. If the system is operating normally, there may be 3rd party applications that pose a problem. Try to delete/disable the third-party applications after a reboot using the UN-Installer. For each disable/remove, you need to restart if you do them all at once. If it works, try to rerun the update from the drop-down list.   Or you can migrate your complete folder from the old computer to the new home.
