  Usually, we get the prompt for an administrator password or a confirmation when we open an application or program if we have active user account control.

  This feature in Windows can help you keep control of your computer by you notifying when a program makes a change that requires administrator-level permission. UAC works by adjusting the level of permission to your user account. When the changes will be made to your computer that require administrator-level permissions, UAC notifies you. If you are an administrator, you can click Yes to continue. If you are not an administrator, someone with an administrator account on the computer will have to enter their password for you to continue.

  Unfortunately, I can't get into BIOS on my HP, I used to go WITHOUT any password, but after I deleted the main partition from HHD now, you need some sort of administrator password. Disable the 52298258 system. I have urgent need to boot from a USB key. I'd appreciate really any suggestion regarding this issue.
