  A project is not a specific resolution, frame rate and so on. sequences of only. That said, you cannot change the settings of the sequence once it has been created.   I tried the new sample SCADA project that came with LabVIEW + DSC 2013: file-> Create Project-> projects-> Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System sample. I've deployed libraries and then ran Main.vi Client and server Main.vi.

  If the Client and server are running on the same PC, everything seems to work properly. The customer receives updates the value, and the controls start to flash red if an alarm goes off. However, if the Client and server are on different computers (on the same local network), and then the customer receives that updates the value of the server- it does not alarm, even if the firewall has been disabled on both computers.

  How can I get the customer to receive alarms when it is on a different PC in this case?

  Yes, it works correctly for me on multiple computers. You can try to use the name of the computer in the Client.ini file for the server instead of the IP (192.168.1.99 in your case) computer?

  I have request of BPM. I created a model object ADF inside the same application to interact and to data-controls the View object in the auto-generated human task. However, when I deploy I do not know how to deploy the created model project.

  Please suggest how can I deploy the model project. I use Jdeveloper to deploy the application directly.

  Hey Durga,

  It is deployed with the project view controller that you have created the human task.  You don't have to deploy it separately.

  Right click the mouse, your view controller project-> click-> Properties, click dependencies.  Note that the view controller has a dependency in the model project.

• How to generate the ADF application projects

  I need to use ANT to deploy the EAR file on weblogic 10.3.5. I have download the source svn code. Then in the 11.1.1.4 Jdev, I create build.xml and build.properties for model and ViewController using Jdev.
  Then I remove all this request and re download the source code from SVN. After that, I add build.xml and build.properties to the model and ViewController. I use ant to build these 2 projects. Then, I use ojdeploy to create the EAR file.
  However, this EAR file is not correct and smaller than the EAR file created by Jdev.
  
  If I rebuild model and ViewController using Jdev, I can use ojdeploy to create the correct EAR file.

• Why the plugin TwirlFilter (sample in CS4 project) is not selectable?

  I'm using Adobe Illustrator CS4.

  I want to test the plugin 'TwirlFilter' (in cs4 SDK sample project). Project is compiled and created plugin.

  I placed this plugin in sub folder plugins of AI.

  Started and this plugin displayed menu effects. but not slectable, (I mean gray in color)

  Infact all effects are gray color display.

  Open a new document

  Now all effects are on display and selectable in the menu effects except whirlwind plugin.

  Why? What is the reason?

  Note: If I draw a single line in the document, then whirl plugin is activated and selectable.

  Its probably in the filter manager code in TwirlFilter.cpp - look for UpdateMenuItemAutomatically(). You will notice that one of the parameters is kPathArt, which is where its saying "only allow me if this type of art is selected. If you change or you get out of this line, it will be enabled by default.

  I develop my login on ADF Mobile screen which calls the methods of a Web Service. Our web service is created on the ADF Model project. (Exhibitor on AppModule service interface). Here's the question. I have a LoginView I created in the model. This display request is:

  uname and pwd are added as binded variable in the next screen and NGLS is added as an attribute.
  
  We want to consume this view of the Web Service data command. However unlike tutorials when we drag and drop pview of the data control to the AMX page is unable to detect the parameters and the return variable. Problem seems to be on the model side because there is no function on the page web service test as well.
  
  I appreciate if we can can tell me how to present data (or create views side model) and expose a service interface that contains the parameter of the user (for example, uname and pwd) in where clause and a return variable (lgn for example).

  Instead of using a VO with a fixed where clause, use a VO with a criterion for the view.
  Then, when you create the service interface you will be able to add to the criteria of the view to your interface.
  This will add a method that you can use and pass parameters too.

• Office of samples - cannot compile on VS 2005

  I've been playing with that during hours and have no idea what to do.  I'm trying to get the Office sample code to compile on VS2005; It seems very well convert it, but when it compiles it has about 50 errors. It seems to be a conflict between the two possible definitions or something... It may have to do with namespaces?  I'm relatively new to all this.

  I have now real output, but I hope that someone knows something already.

  I finally found a solution.  If I had posted the errors it could be clearer.

  VStudio 2005 converts the project very well, but a number of things is defined in two namespaces.

  If I instead create a merger ADF Web Application and then within the model project I create all the BC as for the Application of BPM the ADF Model Tester works very well.

  It seems that the BPM Application is missing some libraries, but I already tried to add library BC4J Tester in the ADF Model project, but nothing changes.

  Why the ADF Model Tester does not work when running it from a BPM Application?

  12.1.3 JDeveloper / WLS 12.1.3 / Windows 7 64-bit OS.

  I am facing the problem that is mentioned in the following post.

  I created a simple ADF page with the data to display in the Employees table. The page works fine.

  I added a custom method to the AM and a profile of "Business Service Interface components" deployment of the AOS.

  When I'm trying to deploy the stand-alone WLS Service, it gives the error below.

  If I deploy only the AM Service interface, the web service deployment is going very well.

  If I cancel the deployment of the AM Service and deploy ADF EAR, then it also works very well.

  But if I deploy the AM Service and then try to deploy the EAR, then it gives the error below.

  And vice versa, if I deploy EAR application, and then deploy the AM service, it gives the error below.

  It was working fine until 11.1.1.7.

  I have done this repeatedly for a long time and wasn't any problem in 11.1.1.7 deployments.

  If something has changed in 12.1.3?

  Even if the AM Service is existing, it is deployed in the same application, it should be able to just crush?

  Here are the results with different versions

  11.1.1.7 - domain of the ADF - Standalone Server - works fine

  Found a workaround for this problem.

  I don't have to do this in 11.1.1.7 well!

  You don't know if it's the right solution or not!

  If anyone of you knows a better solution, please share.

  I did the 2 following things.

  a. classes of the AM Service Interface of removed files from deployment profile filters

  ViewController project-> properties-> deployment profile--> filegroups--> WEB - INF / classes-> filters

  : Uncheck * Service *. * files (4 - Service.class, Service.wsdl, Service.xsd, ServiceImpl.class)

  b. deleted the deployment profile of library jar ADF for the model project

  Model project-> properties-> deployment

  : Remove the deployment of ADF library jar files profile

  And now I am able to deploy time interface AM Service and application.

  It works for me because I won't need to deploy the AM Service interface again while deploying the process / code of the ADF.

  Since I will deploy the Service Interface of first Business components separately.
