• Navigation: stop the automatic promotion with several slide boxes to click

  newbie question 5.0.  I know I have much to learn about navigation, until I develop other CBT, but I did a beta test and found a situation that I had not met before, I'm looking for help to get past this with a bandage until I can do this sense later. I have read many questions about navigation and do not seem to see exactly what is my problem.

  I use the play to the limited user free navigation bar, so all my slides, click on boxes with "pause until the user clicks on ' properties.  On some of my slides however, I created Pseudo-bouton as things via click boxes than e-mail or browser popup windows (via open URL).  When I was looking at these stars, they worked as I hoped: opens the external window, but did NOT advance to the slide. But I came to realize that in my tests, I was always clicking on these buttons before the audio was completed and my testers are clicking on them WHEN the audio is finished.  The behavior in the latter causes the blade in advance (as correctly popup window external).  I don't want to move forward when the user selects that particular click box and DO not click this box, it is optional.  It doesn't seem to matter how to set properties, I get the same behavior.  Gurus of Captivate wise suggestions O?  ;^)

  I had a lot of help from my log of the bus data, previously.

  My interest now is to sort them according to certain values of the column and then get an average result of them.

  Given that the tiara doesn't seem to support the triage function after loading data, it seems to be a difficult issue for me;

  It would be useful that I can get all related index/approach/function/Council to do this kind of script.

  I've attached a file excel for example.

  In the first "raw" sheet, there are rows of raw data with column names of "year, month, day, ID, ID2, point, condition.

  Actual data had many more columns, but I simplified it for convenience.

  What I try to do is, with the entry (from DialogBox or simply a script as a variable; I can do this) 'year' and 'months' (e.g.: 2015, 6).

  to get the resulting data sheet 'expected results '.

  The result is sorted by value 'ID' and 'condition '. 'Condition' is 0 or 1, then the average of the values of 'point' for each ID and the condition is obtained.

  Group for the 'condition' of 2 will be the average of the results of the 'condition' 0 and 1 (collection of data). (So there are always three groups: for 'condition', 0, 1, and 2.)

  Currently, 'ID' includes 12345 and 54321, but there may be more values, too.

  "Num" column is the number of files RAW allows to get the average for the corresponding 'year-month-ID-condition'.

  Is there an effective approach or the function that you recommend?

  The interactive part to modify data in DIAdem is collected in the 'ANALYSIS' left aon tab.

  The second entry, 'Functions of channel' contains 'Values of Channel sorting' method.

  To automate this process, it is possible to use the macro recorder in the tge script module.

• Impossible to format document with several paragraph styles and notes

  I'm working on a document where I have several text boxes on the same page. The text boxes reflect implemented different paragraph styles so that they will autopopulate in my table of contents. However, I need to add notes to this document. I find that the notes are at the end of the text box to which they apply to, and if I had to put a note in two different text boxes on the same page, both start at 1.

  Is it possible to manage notes in several text boxes? Or, if not, is it possible that I can attach my table of contents for the styles of characters instead of paragraph styles?

  Looking at your screen shot in post #2, I see no reason to require individual images. You can manage every bit of this formatting in a unique setting using the styles section to control alignment, and dashes.

• Smart txt reflow - how do you work with several text boxes?

  I create ID cards to work, for 650 employees. I had used the reflow of text before smart on other jobs and I don't foresee any problems with its use for this project. To explain my problem:

  I'm doing a template with a trial of ten employees file. The design on each card, it is a name and a unique ID to be used. The name is 18pt and code 10pt.

  On my main page, I have a block of text for the name and a text block for the employee ID. The text blocks are as wide as the work plan but only high enough to adapt to a single name by image to the relevant point size.

  On the first page of my document, I select 'place' and then select the text file with all the names, I get the change of cursor in the image of the text, I hold SHIFT for the debit option and click on my name text box. InDesign automatically creates 9 new pages, and I now have a 10 page document. So far, perfect.

  I select "place" again, choose the employee code text file, click on my block of text in code used on the first page, and repeat the same process as above.

  My problem starts - I want codes for the employee to just flow through ten pages, as the names, but when I place the codes file and select the text on the first page, inDesign creates 10 new pages after the tenth page. So I find myself with 20 pages - the first ten pages with names and nothing in the code text boxes and the last ten pages with the codes but nothing in the name text boxes.

  I am at a loss as to why he does this. I was playing with the settings in the preferences, but nothing changes. I tried to select both the two text files and import at the same time.

  How do you work with several text boxes and several import of text file on a doicument? There are no extra spaces or something like that in my text files.

  I really don't want to have to link all text blocks - that will forever, but right now it's the only way I can get it to do what I want.

  Also, is there anyway to specify the font and the size of the text is important as? Because it keeps import as minion pro, even if the text boxes on the master are set to the correct font and size. Not a big deal though.

  Ah, I think I misunderstood your original post and thought you wanted to do 10 badges per page. If it's only one, you need only a set of images. Same procedure for setting in place, but you have no need to screw anything or use the step and repaet to make copies.

  Place the file name in the frames of name and ID will add pages and then return to the first page and place the numbers. Just don't forget to put the bad slider in the space where the framework and to stay away from the guides (if you click on a guide, ID will ignore masters executives) and hold down the SHIFT key when you click.

• How can I control the spacing on a page with several media files?

  I'm trying to display a page with several Shockway files, and I can't have their space on the page - they all end up in a field, crushing the titles.

  I tried to put them in a table, tried several ways of spacing (forcing of blank lines, etc.), but nothing seems to make a difference. Here's what it looks like:

• Slide with several digital poster Down filter event Bug button?

  A key event filter on a slide with several digital screens down does not work as expected when not waived.   I have a HP Deskjet 3070 with technology eprinting and my computer is running Microsoft Powerpoint 2010.

  I would like to customize the way my powerpoint slides are printed when I send it to my address of email eprint as an attachment. In particular, I would like to print several slides per page for the purpose of taking notes. Is it possible for me to do this? Thank you very much.

  Hi yeeyucai, it is not possible to control print settings outside the color/shades of gray and paper size, when you use ePrint by sending your file as an attachment to an email. I don't know if your computer is a laptop and if there are times when you need to print your Deskjet 3070 remotely, but if so, then you can do this by installing the driver Mobile HP ePrint. Once installed when you try and print from Powerpoint you will see HP ePrint listed as another available printer and when you choose this option, you can search your Deskjet 3070 by email address and set the number of pages per sheet for whatever the desired number. Obviously if your computer is a desktop, there is little value in installing the driver, unless there are other active ePrint printers you sometimes send content to.

  Let me know if this makes sense or you need help with the Setup program.

• Object with several States and slider in the "folio" are pixelated, settings seem correct.

  I can't keep an object with several States to be rasterized text, as well as a slider which is also dithering.

  I read that you are supposed to adjust the folio, and article up to be .pdf and the cursor should have the possibility of vector chosen.

  I have not found anything to object state multi for these parameters.

  What happens is when I exit the folio to Adobe Content Viewer, only the text of these items is rasterized. All other texts to be crispy. Tested on Mini iPad and iPad retina and both are blurred.

  Is there a way to force the vector option? It seems even with the selected options it is still screening test in interactive elements.

  I don't know if I missed something, but it seems to work now. Maybe the v26 option (I deleted the old folio and recreated, and it works as expected now.)

  Hi I am developing a game where the user chooses from a range of boxes to the left of the screen and can drag the 3 of them separately from 3 boxes to right ther. each box can be moved anywhere, and the order is not important. Once the 3 boxes are all full, I want a new button to appear. I finished a tutorial and I have a box works perfectly, but no matter what I try, I can't work with several boxes and locations. • Presenter 7: can you import a single WAV with markers on several slides?

  Adobe Presenter 7.0.1.

  Audio import allows you to import a file in WAV format.  You should be able to use markers in the file WAV and importation will share the single WAV file to these markers to fit with individual slides.

  That was certainly the case in older versions according to some Forum posts and the dialog box to find clues Audio import it is possible because it is said:

  1. "Select the slide from to import...". »
  2. Ignore the markers? (to check)

  So the title, select the starting slide suggests that importing can be on multiple slides and the checkbox ignore markers suggests that markers could be used somehow.

  But it doesn't!  It would be great if this was the case.  Anyone have this working?

  What I have to do now is split the audio into individual files, one for each slide and name them 01, 02, 03 and so on.  Import may fall to all files, then he puts a single file on each slide for you.

  I think that benchmarks Flash isn't even as the markers we are looking for. To add a marker, open the audio file in the hearing and right click on the waveform where you want to add markers. There is there an option that says add to the list of markers and it will add a marker there. Now, save this wav file and import it. It works for me

• Use of spellcheck in OSX with several languages?

  I often need to write emails in French with English technical words and it seems that the spellcheck in OSX do not understand that a document can contain both languages.

  Therefore, the words French or English are highlighted in red, and it's not pretty.

  I tried the trick how Firefox to check spelling in several languages simultaneously? This is to merge several .aff and .dic files downloaded from TitoBouzout/dictionaries , but the grammar checking is less accurate than the default OSX one.

  Does anyone know to use spell check in a multilingual document?

  As far as I KNOW, the system preferences > keyboard > text select 'set-up '. "in the drop down menu the spelling. Select the desired languages. Then set "automatic language.

  Of course, it works only with applications that use the parameters of OSX. Firefox does not work for example.

• Print several slides per page

  I just bought the HP Color Laserjet CP2025 and trying to print 2 powerpoint slides per page and FILL the page with the slides, without white margins that surround them with 2 slides shriveled in the middle.

  My Epson injet done automatically, so do the school library printers, I didn't know that it was not typical. It's driving me crazy, it is the Open box so I can't return it, but was still quite expensive.

  Is there maybe some software to printer out there who works with several brands of printers that can replace the link to printer properties in powerpoint with more options?

  Thanks for the reply! I was however able to find another solution as after my 2-3 hours of research.

  It's actually quite fast. Don't know how to type this out properly but I'll try...

  File > save & send > create pdf/xps document >

  After publishing go > zoom > fitscreen.

  These settings must now save to pdf file whenever you post, takes a few seconds to complete this entire process. Then of course they continue print two per page, etc.

  And as stated previously he is not completely without borders, but it fills the page MUCH better and he was much more accommodating to my needs (take notes on slides in the classroom).

• Keynote for Mac - trying to create a continuous score for several slides, several times during a presentation

  I am a relatively new user of Keynote and am completely stuck trying to figure out how to make a key part of my presentation.

  Basically, I want to have a score soundtrack audio, for example, three slides, end. Then with a silent, UN-sountracked or two and then start another section has received, in which a new audio track plays behind several slides.

  There must be far from doing, but I'm completely stuck!

  Keynote is unable to read an audio file through a Group of slides.

  However, the solution is:

  1. Drag and drop the audio file on a new slide
  2. Select the audio file in the slide and go to Inspector >Format > Audio and deselect the option Start Audio at the click on
  3. Add all of the content remaining it is for synchronization with the audio file, on the same blade, (photos, graphic forms)
