  I'm looking for some reference Harman Kardon speakers on my laptop Satellite A200-12 s PSAE6E-03F024FR. The left speaker is HS and I want to replace it. In-between by opening up the PC, I could take a Ref:

  GEC PK230006Q00 1 to 078J (which is recorded with a sticker pasted on the speaker).

  I googled ==> nothing...
  Anyone know where I can proccurer me the pair of speakers?

  I could find another speaker Ref of a repair site US ==> V000100210 but I don't know if it's the good laptop for my REF.

  I found this reference numbers: V000100220 he left and right speakers s kit for Toshiba Satellite A200/205/A210/A215
  The speakers are not Harman Kardon.

  Unfortunately it does not already exist many tests/reviews on the net, since the machine is fresh on the market. But one of my friends has a Satellite A200 (I Don t know the exact model) which seems to be a really good and reliable machine with enough performance for almost everything what is necessary today.

  Even games are well experienced, so I think that the machine does what it should.

  With regard to the tests: just periodically check google.com or Web and type 'Satellite A200 - 25 c test' (or 'review' instead of trying) and you might find something that brings you perhaps closer to the decision to buy this machine.

  You can find the display driver on the European driver Toshiba page.
  You must choose Archive for laptop product type.
  This laptop is old so that the drivers have been moved to the archive area.

  The graphics card seems to be Trident but there are two display drivers;
  4.12.01.2307
  6.4022.22

  I have a portable satellite A305-s6902 which had Vista Home above,
  I formatted the computer and put xp on it.

  * Now, I can not find xp drivers * for chipset, network controller, ethernet controller, peripheral pci, base device system, mobile intel 4 series.
  I went to the toshiba site, and none of the drivers working for it.

  Satellite A305-s6902 seems to be a series of laptops Toshiba us and you should look for first on the page of the Toshiba driver we:

  If you will not find the correct drivers XP then you will have to try to collect the drivers of your own hands.
  You can try to install drivers released for models on the European driver Toshiba Sat A300 page.

  -chipset-> general, this must be an Intel chipset and so the pilot is also found on the Intel page
  -Ethernet controller-> This may be a LAN or WLan card. Check what Wlan and LAN card has been integrated, and then visit the page of the manufacturer of the WLan and LAN card driver.
  -pci device-> I don't very well but maybe it s m a driver for card reader

  The other drivers mentioned are not necessary

  I'm on a Toshiba A 350 and downloaded Toshiba Servc\ice utility Station for win 7.
  It does not open (even if the admin rights).
  The TsmachInfo service is started in srvices.

  As far as I know you have to unpack everything first, and then you will need to run the exe file

  Otherwise it s an OS issue because the exe file should work fine and you should be able to install this tool.

• Satellite Pro 4310 support - looking for Northbridge/Southbridge

  I have recently spoken of an old Toshiba Satellite Pro 4310. Currently, it's obviously a little slow and I am wanting to update is usable.
  I'll buy some more RAM and a new HARD drive for it. He is running Puppy Linux (that I installed) and seems to work very well.

  My problem comes mainly at startup. More time than I would like (ok, I know, it's an old laptop...) as is currently a spare, machine project, I was hoping to try CoreBoot (previously LinuxBIOS)
  However I can't find details specific hardware (Northbridge/Southbridge) anywhere.

  I just contacted technical support Toshiba who were happy to help, but did not have the information that I needed and referred me to "Topaz", who told me that they do not hold number of component specific of any piece of Toshiba, and nor any UK company.

  Can someone please help me here? I really want to get the most out of this laptop.

  Info on RAM;
  The laptop can be upgraded up to 320 MB and the modules that are supported are SODIMM 144 pin PC100

  The laptop was equipped with internal memory of 64 MB, which is not removable. So only one location is available for the upgrade of memory:

  Disk HARD;
  The laptop supported disk interface HARD Enhanced IDE (ATA-5).
  Therefore, buy an IDE HDD.

  I'm not sure about the size of the HARD drive. The old HDD was 10 GB. Right? Then maybe a 20 GB might works too but I m not 100% sure.

  As I already posted in your other thread the satellite L350-172 has been equipped with the card of Realtek WLan 802.11 g.

  Windows 7 should be able to use the Vista drivers if you need a WLan driver then check the Realtek page and try to install the driver for Vista!
