  As much as I know Win server 2008 is not supported by Toshiba, so you will not be able to find the drivers for it. Toshiba offers support for OS preinstalled only and possibly an upgrade if your laptop model is supported for the new OS.
  Warranty has nothing to with Win server 2008 so I think that guys will not be helpful for you. What they can do is to check if the original recovery image can be installed or not. If this is not the case, there may be a hardware problem.

  There's no drivers 64-bit of Windows XP and I think it won't be available on the Toshiba driver page. Why?

  You need a Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit system disk. I doubt that Microsoft Win 7 32 bit disk also contains the 64-bit version.

  First of all, you can use Windows XP on Windows 7 drivers. It will not work.

  You wrote about the different drivers for Vista and XP Ok, most of the Vista drivers are also work on Windows 7 but Satellite A300D is Windows 7 supported. This means that you can already get Windows 7 drivers on the Toshiba page:
