So now, 1 driver be found and its what a (pripheral bluetooth device)

Any ideas where I can update the driver?

Hi mate,

You have installed Bluetooth driver properly? You may notice yellow exclamation in Device Manager?

However, you can download the latest Bluetooth driver on the portal of Bluetooth from Toshiba:

Check it!

However, I can't have my bluetooth appears or use it. I tried to install the 3.00 Vista bluetooth stack, but it didn't work. Why isn't my bluetooth device and function appear anywhere in windows 7? Someone at - it had a similar problem?

  • Satellite A-100 Bluetooth problem

    Hello, all!
Had a problem with Bluetooth from the beginning. Computer's in Satellite A100 - 036 (PSAANE), built-in bluetooth. Latest Toshiba Bluetooth stack. The system is Windows XP Home edition SP2 (downgraded from Vista Edition family Basic).
Bluetooth works, but not all functions are available. Most annoying is that I can't get to the internet via my smartphone Nokia 5700. I can send files in two ways using the standard Toshiba bluetooth Manager, but it is impossible to install my phone modem. The system can see the phone and says smth like "Installing moden on port COM40...." ». After that, "year error occurred during automatic installation.

Of course, this is no big deal, but it would be very convenient to use bluetooth - expecially when no data cable is available.

    Anyone with the same problem?

    Thanks in advance!

    Try as follows:
Download the last battery Bluetooth and install it:
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/Bluetooth/
Try again. If it is still not resolved then manually configure your DUN.
Section operating instructions of the mentioned Web site offers an instruction how to do it.
The document title is "How to set up GPRS DUN via the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack Custom Mode"
Simply select a different com port for example 44 if the default does not work during the installation process

  • Satellite A100-201 touchpad problems

I searched through the forums and many people have had problems with the touchpad, but nobody seems to have quite the same problem, as I have! If this has been asked to answer also my apologies, but I can't!

I have a Satellite A100-201 with a 'Tablet' (as described by the technique of the Toshiba product - no mention if it comes to Synaptics or Alps, or anything else, is not that it would mean anything for me anyway. It is certainly NOT a dual pad that turns on with the blue buttons, etc.)

Have had the laptop for over a year, and I got it all the time I have a problem where 'sometimes' function on the touchpad scroll bar doesn't work, all on his own. Sometimes I turn on the computer and it works fine, sometimes not. The same goes for the service where you tap the top right of the button and the narrowings of the active window (don't know what this is called). There seems to be no reason for this, I find the scrolling feature really useful. The rest of the touchpad functions works very well.

I don't know if it's to do with drivers as I am not computer-oriented (I can use one for day to day stuff, but that's all) or upgrades of windows as no one else mentioned on another thread.

If anyone has any idea how I can:

    (a) turn back ON the scrolling feature and

    (b) set it so it is permanently under voltage I would be really grateful!

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello

do you have challenged yourself with synaptics/Alps touchpad Control Center / (whateveryourtouchpadsmanufactureris) and checked the settings?

As far as I know are these touchpads really complicated when you use them, but * more * usable after setting the key to touch about the sensitivity options, etc...
You can configure almost the entire touchpad area to adapt to your needs...

Please, check the settings and make sure that your keyboard is configured correctly.

    Welcome them

  • Satellite A100-906 - Bluetooth not recognized Vista

This laptop came with Windows XP installed and the bluetooth was working fine.
Unfortunately my HARD drive was destroyed, and after installing a new and I also installed Windows Vista Premium 32 bit.

The problem is that even if my wireless card works great the bluetooth device is nowhere. It's as if she is not on... even when I try to install the newer bluetooth stack he asks that the device bluetooth turned on!
Is there a solution to my problem? Is it possible that the BT adapter is destroyed?

    Thanks in advance!

BT can be used if the BT module is successfully activated. To do this turn on WLAN using WLAN switch and then activate BT using the FN + F8 key combination.
    * You can probably remember how it works. Can you? *

As I see you now have Vista.
Does the FN + F8 key combination?
    You can use Flash cards?
Have you correctly installed all the stuff of Toshiba?

Boyfriend sorry but if you forget to install something that it won't work because you can not activate the BT module.

  • Graphics - Satellite A100-313 card problem stops itself

    I have a satellite A100-313 and I use vista.
Every time when I'm playing games, the laptop turns off after a while. It varies, normally have 10-20 minutes of play.
And when I immediately turn on again, I get a black screen, but the computer is running. I have to wait a bit to get back to the screen to work.
So, he goes to the top and goes to 1024 x 764 resolution (the native resolution is 1280).

I guess it's a problem of graphics card (I have a Geforce Go 7600). I have already updated to the latest vista drivers available on the Toshiba site (the September).

What can I do to fix this? Automatic shutdown normally only happens when I play games.
    Any help is appreciated.

    HM, delicate sounds.
    I suggest the following:

Download the latest bios for your machine on the toshiba download site:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/download_drivers_bios.jsp

And finally and most importantly, check if your cooling system of your machine is not clobbed with dust. You can clean it with a can with compressed air to remove dust from the fan and the heatpipe fin.

If you have any questions, just ask.

    Have a nice weekend

Does laptop A100-233 is Bluetooth. If so, how to enable it. If not, how have it installed. The rear chain shows no BT mark as shown in the FAQ of the bluetooth technology.

    Hello

Maybe it's because you have installed Vista 64-bit?

You may need to use XP or Vista 32 bit update of the BIOS.

  • Satellite (PSK30E) L750 - bluetooth problem

Given that the other thread is already closed and suggestions from here don't give me the help I must ask once again,

I bought the version Satellite L750-PSK30E I have same questions regarding other bluetooth L750 problem.
I installed Win 7 PRO - 64-bit, and after each installation driver, I could find under the list of drivers with intel, then the bluetooth driver and then put, but the battery is not correctly, telling me to switch to BT when I
    with FN + F8.
He said I'm keep lack of ToshDpAPI.dll, even if I installed atheros before filter?

Also, when I restart computer wifi get a second, and then said that there is no connection.
When you switch the switch (FN + F8) market it works fine?

Wierdest thing is I installed the same computer, that I bought for my brother and it works fine witout of problems?
    What should I do?

Don't tell me to reinstall the wifi and BT drivers/stack, cause I did it several times and it's worked so far.

I installed all the drivers are all downloaded from selection toshiba and 64-bit drivers.

Many people have various problems after the installation of clean operating system. Problem is that all the drivers, tools and utilities must be installed in the proper installation order. Maybe you have installed your laptop a little different this laptop from your brother.

  • Satellite A210-183 Bluetooth problems - reinstall?

I continue to have some problems with my BT connection: cannot send and receive files
    through bluetooth.

What should I do to reinstall the drivers of BT or new install?

    Thank you very much
    Perry

    Hello Perry

Can you please bring to end your first thread under http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums//message.jspa?messageID=154262

Can you put in service BT or not?
If so, I do not reinstall BT module will help. What you need to do is in fact secesfull coupling between phone and your BT phone. If the two devices are connected successfully, you can send and receive files without any problem. I do the same with my Motorola cellphone and Satellite P300 laptop.

Check the Toshiba Bluetooth Center under http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/ and visit the FAQ and HOW TO sections. If you can't find a useful on BT connection please let us know.

  • Satellite A100-803 - motherboard problem

    Hello

I bought a laptop Toshiba A100-803, two years ago and now I can't turn on the PC.
We check the laptop and the problem is on the motherboard.

Anyone know who is motherboard´s ID? Thank you

    Hello

    The motherboard is Toshiba.
You must use motherboards manufactured for Satellite/Satellite Pro/Equium A100.

So you can use google to get a new motherboard, or you can request an ASP for help.
You can order the partner service authorized in your country but new mobo mobo costs a small fortune.

    Satellite P855 - 30G

I've been crazy half over the last three days, trying to get the Bluetooth works on this laptop.

I have a Logitech Mini Boombox (bluetooth wireless speaker), I got work perfectly on my previous laptop Toshiba (A500)

I absolutely can't it connect. When I download the Toshiba bluetooth stack it stalls to install (about 10 percent) and I waited and waited, it will not be installed. I press cancel and it tells me it is installed, but it is not! Have a clue as to what might happen?

In General, the principle should be the same as on your old notebook.
Before you want to use BT you must activate the BT module by using the FN + F8 key combination.
After doing this BT stack schould be installed correctly.

What happen when you use the FN + F8 key combination?
