  I am sure its some ware conflicts or driver pretty hard, but I don't know what.

  I m also do not know what exactly is the problem and I believe that no one here can say that just because it s just a user to user forum.

  Fact is that if you have already tried restore factory Toshiba recovery disc multiple times, it s not a software or driver issue because it s an image pre-tested by Toshiba.

  I guess it must be a hardware malfunction and therefore, you should contact a service provider for help. Guys can check your laptop and if it of under warranty, the repair is free.

  Satellite P205D my daughter has just been upgraded to Windows 7. fine, except that now, it freezes shortly after the resumption from standby or hibernation. Minidumps just point to a "hardware".   I have a Toshiba Satellite A110-378 series and a wireless network problem. The card is an Intel 3945abg. I can connect with the router ADSL (USR9106) with WPA security is enabled.
