  Hey everybody! I have Toshiba Satellite a210-127 and I want to install widows XP. Can I install drivers for Windows Vista on Windows XP because there are not any drivers for XP? Please help me.

  Hello Toshiba Support Forums.

  I installed Windows 7 Ultimate x32bit 2 weeks ago and I have problems around him.
  The only driver I have intalled was ATI video card driver and touchpad driver to make it work.

  The problem is sometimes the laptop shutsdown itself and after I turn it back on it says blue screen and some other information you need, but I closed it.

  Also im gamer and sometimes when I play the game it shutsdown again. When I use Google Chrome or Firefox, the browser hangs and makes the pc of the room with her for at least 10 min. it is really bad and I also want to set.

  Also, I want to ask about memory card reader because I insert a card in the reader, but it does not work I think I need a driver for it but is not in the drivers Toshiba Web page.

  It could be possible that the installation of this driver ATi the BSOD.

  My girlfriend has the same laptop Satellite A210 with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2400 graphics card. The driver version is 8.632.1.2000 and the laptop is preinstalled with Win 7

  It works perfectly without any BSOD.

  By the way: the cardreder works too... you could take a Vista driver or the driver put the A300 series too

  I just reinstalled my Windows Vista x 64 SP1 Ultimate... That I had a good idea to download a fresh drivers from the Toshiba site... After you have installed a BIOS update, WinPhlash version 1.0.2.2, after reboot have a surprise my bios to ask me a password it is said:

  Everything seems simple, but I can't t get far... It says wrong password... I did a lot of different ways... I have a qwerty keyboard Russian extension...

  Perhaps my keyboard is in Russian, but I tried to change, nor does...

• How can I clean the keyboard on Satellite A210-127?

  After a week of use for non computer keys on my keyboard "cvbn_" became sticky (but still working)? What I need to replace the keyboard, or I can clean it by myself? Please tell me * how can I under key *? Do I have to remove all the computer or the buttons are removable?

  I upgraded my memory form 2 GB (2 x 1 GB) 4 GB (2 x 2 GB) with two modules of memory Kingston KVR667D2S5 / 2G (PC2-5300 CL5).

  I have a Satellite A210-1AO running Windows Vista.
  Since a couple of months, or a recurring questions arose: at random times the laptop gets lines across the entire screen. The lines aren't straight, they're more like following the shape of the image (so * they change according to the image of the screen *) and are in color (I think mostly green, but not sure). I often turn off the pc then and the next time I turn it on is fine. Once, however, during the closure, the screen went white but the pointer/cursor was always visible.

  The incidents are more frequent. Once, I tried to unplug the charger when it happened and lines began to blink and be even more worrying, so I plugged the charger while I turned off the laptop.

  You have any ideas what might trigger such behavior?

  On the virtual path that is not easy to offer accurate diagnosis but I think the graphics card is the troublemaker and I m afraid that it will be even worse in the future.
  Graphics card is part of the motherboard, so a kind easy fix or replacement is not possible.
