Satellite A350D-110 freezes on splashscreen

I have a 110 A350D, somewhere bought in February of this year. It runs Vista Home Premium 32 bit. Until recently, the laptop behaved very, very well. There was the occasional "hiccup" on some games or applications more demanding, but other that that, I felt that I spent a good part of the cash in the right way.

Less than a week ago, I was doing some night navigation, patching up a project and so on. Windows Update asked me to install updates, so driven by the routine that he never hurt before, I accepted the downloads and updates. But since I had work to do, I delayed the restart, finished what I had to do and started some downloads p2p for the night. In the morning, the machine was dead frozen (no response from the keyboard or mouse, screen froze on an image of the screen saver). Since ctrlaltdel did not respond, I charge through the power button. The machine had a hard time to start the system and finally to resets. Starting in safe mode, he adorned the crcdisk.sys file.

After a quick search, I found a solution that suggested the recovery of the system. Given the disks, I did. He had a lot of problems and has not completed the recovery. I have other tools (the so-called Vista PE Classic 2009 rescue), who has managed to restore the system to a point somewhere a week before this update. A prior diagnosis using some utilities on the drive said he can't vconnect to one of the partitions on the HARD disk. After the restoration of the system, the system woke up, starts perfectly and I was able to do some work and games. The next day, however (no update, no p2p, the laptop shut down correctly for 10 hours), the laptop was escapes sluggish, each application of gel or crashing after ~ 2-5 minutes. So I did another cover, to an earlier point. This time, I fully recevered and everything was dandy.

Today, however, the laptop freezes on the TOSHIBA logo, with the F2 and F12 options, but will in fact anywhere.
It just says: Please wait... after F2 and boot device selection menu entry after F12. I tried everything before disassembling the laptop (still on warranty).

Any kind of help will be much appreciated. But go to an authorized TOSHIBA service would be quite a chore - that being far enough and myself being a disabled person.

Perhaps that the HARD drive is loose, have you tried reinstalling it?

If you press ESC during the Toshiba screen, sometimes it will show you what is happening behind the scenes, which can help diagnose the problem.

I imagine that the laptop is under warranty, so if you can't make it work, you can send it to an ASP for warranty repair.

    Your laptop's LAN and WLAN cards inside, so it shouldn't be any problem on the Internet connection.

    I put t know how to help. Toshiba doesn't support this old Satellite for Win8 and hardware manufacturer doesn't support graphics card too.

    I have Satellite A300 and I agreed that Win7 is the limit for this machine. It works perfectly and it's OK.
    WIN8 is the new generation and of course we need better and more recent material for it.

    Can you please describe the steps how you try to do this? I have to ask you this question because it works fine on my laptop.     Randomly my Satellite R830 suddenly freezes and the speed of the fan running at full speed. It's actually a useful way to be immediately aware that my computer crashed. Everything is frozen, the only way out is to force via the power button.
