  I think that's the problem because the battery is not completely charged so you can't update the BIOS. Can you charge the battery when the laptop is turned off? I mean you can see the battery LED and if the battery is charged it changes the color of the orange in white or green (it s mentioned in the user manual). Can you confirm this?

  On the other side, it would be interesting to know why the BIOS update is important to you. Problems with the computer? If it is not updated the BIOS isn't important, you can forget it. Never touch a running system ;)

  Error 51 is not an standard error for updates or restores. You must have Windows 7 or above for the latest version of iTunes. What version of iTunes are you using? The latest version is 12.5.1.   Just bought a S50D-B Satellite last week. Comfortable with technology. Updated to Windows 10 (3rd I did on the machine). New laptop is the only one to give problems. Tried allowing in settings - seems to be gaining 10 Auto turns off the device, which is strange. Indeed, it works (somewhat) with the exception of the buttons left and right. Tried to reinstall software momentum but no change. Any ideas?

  the ELAN touchpad driver update is released and it seems as well as other updates for Windows 10.

  But of course, MOMENTUM software/driver must be installed in the case to receive this update!

  When you look at your installed updates it appears as failed?  If Yes, what is the error code that you found?  Have you looked at the actual article for KB926139 and links for information PowerShell?  You can look through those.
