  So I got a new NB10T-A Satellite with windows 8 and have problems with wifi connectivity.

  I am a novice and need help with Wi - Fi. I have laptop Satellite M70-173. My desktop pc is connected to the Netgear MR814v3
  802 11b cable/DSL with wireless router. I have connected the router to my broadband (telewest) and have access to the internet on my desktop pc. I turned on the connection Wireless via the menu of the router (the lights is on the router it's transmission). My wireless laptop is switiched on, BUT when I use windows on the laptop to get a wireless connection, nothing is detected. The laptop is 50 cm from the router. I tried and did the following:

  Firmware update,
  Made sure the SSID is the same on the router and the laptop.
  Wireless on laptop mode is on infrastructure,
  Wireless access point is enabled.
  List of access on the router is enabled,
  No encryption is used until I have run

  Also, make sure that MAC address is not blocked in router and update the firmware on your router.

  Win 7 drivers are not released for this model of laptop at the moment, but the drivers Intel Wlan is on the Intel page.

  I didn t find Atheors WLan driver for Win 7, but you can try a Vista driver.

  I recently bought a Toshiba Satellite L650D-14R and I have a problem with my wireless network, RTL8191SE card.

  The NIC works fine when you start the computer, but if you put the computer in sleep mode, when activating the computer again, the wireless internet connection is passed. The NIC still detects all different networks, but everything just cannot connect to them. The only thing I can do is to reset the network card, and then it works to connect to the internet wireless again.

  I have a Netgear wireless router, and if I use a netgear wireless usb adapter this problem does not occur. Anyone know what could be the problem here? I think that it is a software problem, but maybe I'm totally wrong. What drivers? Some settings? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I checked all keyboard configuration and they are correctly set to Portuguese, but when I try to use symbols (absolutely necessary in my language) they perform different tasks, for example, when I press 'a' the cursor goes to the bottom of the page, as if I had pressed "Page Down".

  When I press "BACKSPACE", it erases the previous letter, but it goes at the beginning of the line (as if I had pressed "Home").

  Do you see a yellow exclamation mark in device-> network cards Manager?

  You can reinstall the software of full functionality for the printer.

  HP Photosmart Wireless all-in - One Printer - B109n drivers

  After installing the software, check if the category updates apply to your situation.

  If you have already reinstalled the printer software, you can try to restart everything, including the router.

  If this does not work, you can try using the Web integrated (Embedded Web Server) server to reset / double check network settings in the configuration of the printer.  You can use your browser preferred for it - Internet Explorer or Firefox, both work well with EWS.
