If you open the second folder, you can see the installation of 32-bit and 64-bit programs. This is the 32-bit appropriate in your case, and you should be good to go.

  Touchpad driver
  Enabling/disabling the touchpad utility

  Common modules must be installed before you install any other Toshiba tool or utility. Common modules is something as a basis for all other tools and utilities.

  In any case, try to start the recovery disk, follow these steps:
  -Launch the laptop model and when you see the Toshiba screen home press F12 repeatedly to enter the boot options
  -When the boot menu appears to place the recovery disc into the optical disc drive
  -in the menu choose the CD/DVD drive and press ENTER
  ODD must start recovery disc playback.
