• Cannot reduce the size of photos for emailing - no email partner program

  I click on the photo folder, click send to, click on the message, reduce the size, fix and POP UP APPEARS says there is no e-mail program associate, if please install or go to the default program and create an association.  I can send an original email size 4 MB, but can not send too much of. I have Windows 7. What should I do. ?

  After installing an e-mail program, make sure you have a default e-mail together program control panel > Default programs > set access and computer program defaults > Custom > click the caret down.

  The default e-mail program must be installed on the computer - e.g.Outlook Express, Windows Mail (Vista), Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, etc.

  Web-based e-mail services cannot be made except by default e-mail program:
  * Yahoo, with the Yahoo tool bar

  When I have pictures I like to reduce the files to make it easier to send an email (I have satellite internet).  With 'My pictures' open, under "File and folder tasks" I select "send this file".  Allows to get a popup option to reduce the size of files for emailing, now I don't have.  How can I return this option?  Thank you!

  If you are running Windows XP, try the following steps...

  Reach... Start / run and type
  (or copy and paste):

  regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll
  (Yes, the space after the 2 and the)
  After the i is necessary)

  Press on... Come in...

  You should see a dialog box stating:
  DllRegisterServer and DllInstall in successful shimgvw.dll

  Save it to the place where? For what purpose? As long as you do not remove it, it should remain in your email. You can move it to a folder by tapping on the icon of the folder at the bottom of the screen as you watch the email. You may also copy and paste Notes, take only a screenshot that would be in your Photos. You could transfer to a remark like Evernote service.

  Just upgraded to the curve 8330 after that my 8703e died.

  Received yesterday and took a picture and saved it. Did not consider the meter that I didn't even know it existed then.

  Activated my email and etc through today assistance companies.

  Went to play with the camera, but it says that I have no available file space to save a photo. The meter indicates "000" available. I can't saved pictures.

  I tried a soft reboot, but that has not helped. Any suggestions or ideas? I am with Verizon, if that helps.

  Hi and welcome to the forums!

  1. If you are on a BES company, check with your administrator COMPUTER relating to any policy on your device that could prevent you from taking pictures.

  2. always check media options and see what is on the reserved pictures memory.  If set to 0, which seems to be your problem.

  However, you don't want be save photos to the memory of the device anyway since it is precious & your device needs to work properly.  Instead, make sure you have a multimedia card installed for saving photos-music-videos-ringtones-voice notes.  Go to the options-camera; Scroll to the image bank and select ' we media card.

  Thanks for posting your query in the Forums RT in Microsoft Windows. If I understand you correctly, you have a problem with saving an image with the mail application. I understand that it must be frustrating, but don't worry, we are here to help solve your problem and guide you in the right direction.

  In the Mail application, you wouldn't be able to do differently than the option to right click functions. The dialog box you get with the "save image under" comes to a browser. If you use Internet Explorer to check email, you'll get the option to click with the right button on a photo. In the Mail app if you want to download an image that was attached to the email, you can click on the picture to download and click it a second time to get the options to open or save.

Teacher wants that this format used (Photo Story 3 for windows) and asked his students to save it in a removable format or a zip drive.  We erased all information on the zip drive, but it shows again there is no space available on the zip to save him.   On an Iomega Zip drive:

  PC Windows users

  1. Insert the diskette in your Zip drive to be formatted.

  2. Open my computer and right-click the Zip drive icon.

  3. Select Format from the context menu of the player.

  4. Select the type of format:

     • Short format allows to quickly erase all data on a disk, so you can reuse it.

     • Use Format Long to repair a disk that has developed the errors or to format a drive where you have forgotten the password.

  5. Click Start to start formatting the Zip drive.

  Hi, I downloaded Photo Story 3 for XP Home Edition, consisting of a slide show with music, really impressed with the result but I can't transfer case I know (you) tube, facebook, etc for friends to look at, the program registers a type (ps3) file that is not recognized by all the sites Ive looked and can't seem to find a conversion site that manages it If it saves only to be played on your pc I can get another program lol.  Ian

  IF you are using Windows Mail, see if this will help...

  Open Windows Mail > tools > Options > Security tab > under Virus Protection, uncheck "do not allow open... or registration of attachments" > under Download Images, uncheck "block images and other external content in HTML messages ' > click OK".

  Raw files from Canon 5 d mark III would not be supported in Lightroom 3.

  You need at least version 4.1 of Lightroom to access there raw files.

  Here's the reference article: supported by Camera Raw devices

  You can either upgrade the version of Lightroom to a newer version or you can install for free DBG Converter to convert raw to DNG files and access then in Lightroom.
