  You can install ESXi, but you will not be able to run the 64-bit without VT support clients. With only 2 GB of RAM, you will be able to install the OS and run it, but it will not be too much RAM left for the virtual machine that you want to run.

  What type of console is not sure. As long as you can start the installation from the CD or set the ISO as a virtual CD, you should be able to install it. You need to try.
