Scanning multiple Documents

I have a desktop HP 2050 J510 jet. 75 percent of what I use the for analysis. It creates a file for each page that I scan and then I have to go back and remove a ton of files that I don't need. Is there a way to disable the feature folder?

I'm glad that it worked.

    Hello

Thank you for using the HP forum.

Do not know if the next video would be helpful:

Once you have saved the document, you can click on 'Back' (instead of 'fact') to return to the user interface to scan and search again without closing and everywhere from the homepage of rint /Scan/ Fax.

  • scan multiple documents to multiple files

Is there a way to scan several documents at the same time and then drop them into a separate file?  I want to scan documents to and from different companies in different files.

    We invite you with pleasure!

To change the scanning settings, remember to follow the steps below:

    1. Click Start > all programs > HP > HP Officejet 4620 folder and click on the HP Officejet 4620 icon.
    2. Under settings for scanning, select scan a Document or Photo.
    3. Select the shortcut to scan PDF (Documetn to the file).
    4. in the left pane, click Advanced settings.
    5. Open the file tab.
    6. Check the box create a separate for each scanned page file , and then click OK.

Now using the specific shortcut will analyze each page in a separate PDF file.

You can also create new shortcuts in the list of shortcuts to have 1 shortcut for several pages and another for separate pages, however, know that only the default shortcuts will be available during parsing of the shortcuts of the Panel before the printer, custom created will be available from the HP scanning software.

    Kind regards

The HP software click on scan a Document or Photo and make sure that Scan to sow preview is checked.

Reduce scanning in 300 resolution or a lower resolution and press Scan, then the Add button should reappear.
