SCORM and launch full screen

I created an e-learning program in Captivate and exported by zip for my LMS (Learning GEO) and the course will not lauch in a frame browser full screen or can be enlarged to full screen to the user. I read in the help that 'If you select AICC or SCORM options for the project, the full screen publishing option applies."

Does anyone know a fix for this problem or how can I get my project to launch full screen as a Scorm course?

Without resorting to a custom ActiveX control, or something similar, you get only to specify the features of the browser window when a window is opened initially. The best you can do after the fact is resizes the window using window.resizeTo () of JavaScript in the HTML page generated by Captivate.

This means that it is essentially the LMS to launch the course in a new window with only the features you want. If your LMS doesn't allow you to customize the new window, you are almost out of luck.

You * might * be able to use JavaScript in the HTML page to redirect the courses in a new window that contains only the features you need, but so very probably would break the SCORM connection between the course and the LMS. I have not worked with the implementation of SCORM to Captivate enough to know with certainty.

If you want to give it a shot, you can learn more about the window.open() JavaScript here method:

I have a favorite site I want to use it as a desktop application, but not full screen. I want to not have any toolbars, tabs, address bar, etc.. Is this possible?

    Hello

I tried this extension and it seems to do what you want:

You can change the options for the extension in your modules page, either:

    • Enter Subject: addons in the address bar and go to the Extensions tab, or
    • Go to tools (or

      ) > Addons > Extensions

Don't forget to hide your title bar, if you want that web page to reach the top of your screen. If you don't know how, go to the personalization page by:

    • Enter topic: customization of in the address bar, or
    • Right click on your toolbar and select "Customize".
    • On the point of

      > Customize

In the lower left corner of the page should have a button 'Title Bar', clicking on it shows/hides the title bar.

  • How can I turn on/off and exit full-screen Mode?

As stated in my previous announcement on July 3, the only way I could see the view full screen of my Hotmail "Compose" mode was to reload the Hotmail Web page or enter full screen Mode. Now how to exit full-screen mode, because I lost all the headers of windows and toolbars. (NOTE: I use a resolution of 1024 x 768) I have to go to higher resolution before the return of the mode full screen? Reboot may keep the settings that I don't want.) I apologize if this is not not to be a Firefox problem after all.

Sounds like something that you could simply add to your previous post, expected rather than we could find your previous post and working on a new response.

And then if you just repeat what you read before you won't like the answer better than before. If you have a web page specific are you a bit more of one problem than the other also can help.

    Mode full-screen:

    • Toggle in and out with F11
    • Toggle to display-'Alt + V' menu > F (full screen)
    • While in the switch from full-screen and hold the mouse at the top of the window - whatever it is that you would do before can be done full screen as long as you stay in height in the toolbars. Including as noted recently Cor - el (hope it wasn't yours), you can press the "Maximize" button, then the button "restore".

I can do the same thing on Hotmail, the special thing is that there is a delay, and he likes to show my top full Office between the two. I am running Windows 7.

  • My computer jumps out of the window active and videos full screen, (youtube/movies on computer)

My problem is that whenever I'm not moving my mouse, my window random active jumps

EX: the top on my active windows bar is black, then all of a sudden it wobbles a bit, and all of a sudden his gray, almost it has been disabled as long as the active window. Another example is, if I have Mozilla and spotify open, if you have spotify as active window, the screen jumps and suddenly, spotify is "behind" the mozilla window.

and as far as movies go, I is not serious if his youtube or movies on my computer I can go full-screen in normal mode, he jumps out of it.

so my question is how can I fix it, I've already updated everything so there is nothing wrong with my cards

I thought about it, I suspect me that 1 of my desktop gadgets was perhaps to blame, I had 3 gadgets. Notepad, weather, and a cpu monitor. so I took the time and CPU monitor and now the jumping has stopped for now. I thought I would respond with this answer in case anyone else has this problem so that you can ask them if they have gadgets active which changes every few seconds as my CPU meter does help. I want to thank you for the time you put in to help and I am very pleased with your customer service.

  • Public beta of El Capitan and playback full screen

Read full screen has completely broken for me as soon as I upgraded (2015). It will work once after shooting to the top of the application, and then control-tilde is to select the window of the program (with the frozen video, but audio playback). Enters the main features again (or Esc) brings back 'local' playback Which tells me, is that the key command is doing its part, but PP refuses to move this window.

I'm also under El Capitan (public) beta. I tested on another HDD PP with the FIRST iteration of the EC beta, and there are no problems with the mode full screen. If beta 2 broken this and it remains still broken since Beta 5.

I erased from my hard drive and completely installed THIS and fresh PP, but no luck. MacBook Pro running 6.1 (CUDA does not apply). Any thoughts?

Your answer is WRONG. A Macbook Pro 6,1 does not use the GPU acceleration. Yes, it's a question of El Capitan. As I already said. But as I scoured the web and not found someone else noting this issue, I wanted the hope that someone had discovered a workaround solution. (Other that quitting and restarting PP.)

EDIT: Turns out there IS a workaround. I'm not an MVP, but I thought about it. A double click on the program window title bar, it supports full screen. Double click on restore even it regular size. It is good enough until Apple or Adobe fixes this problem properly.

  • fullscreen is not full screen, unless I use "expand" and later goes back

I used to be able rely on full screen and it would be nice, and when I closed ff, after reboot it will re-start in fullscreen. Something a gliched. When I press on full screen in regular format, mode full screen is not complete, only about 90-95% of the screen. I can make it go full screen if I click
"expand" and then full screen, but if, at any time, the screen is not expanded, the same thing happens. If I close enlarged and full screen
It opens with the reduction in full screen. I can't move or stretch out in anything except the normal screen, and even once, I click on full screen. I never had this problem.

Believe it or not, after a week of uninstalling, reinstalling, verification of configurations, I simply décliqués menu toolbar, and now it works perfectly regular, maximize and full screen. Go figure. Thanks to your efforts, people.

  • Tried to reduce the amount of toolbars space used and click the view full screen. Now cannot retrieve toolbars. Help, please

My mom has a Dell computer and its toolbars took a good deal of space in the top of the screen. I went to the icon VIEW and clicking full screen display. Now, I can't search toolbars of icons or no way for her to save, or anything. All this happens is when she puts the cursor on the top, a light menu and it can get online, but all of the previous icons have disappeared. How can I him out of the FULLSCREEN VIEW?  She has Windows Vista.

It could be something as simple as pressing the F11 key which activates / deactivates the full screen power.

  • Multiple monitors, multiple VMs, full screen and mode of the unit

I'm under WS 9.01 Win8-64 with two monitors and a Radeon HD 6900 Series video card. I have two virtual machines, a Win7-64 and the other is Linux (Lubuntu 12.10 - 64). I am unable to get the Linux in Unity mode VM and the VM Win7 mode full-screen. However, as soon as I put the Linux VM in the unit, the option full screen in my VM Win7 is grayed out and vice versa (if I put Win7 comments mode full-screen, the unit is grayed out for Linux comments). None of the multiple functions of monitor I've seen here or elsewhere are relevant to this topic.

    Would appreciate any suggestions.

I believe that unity and Mode full screen are mutually exclusive in WS 9. As you have discovered, once you enter either full-screen for a virtual machine or unit for a virtual machine, the other mode is disabled for the remaining active virtual machines

In WS 7, I ran the same way you describe. A place either in WS8 WS9, I think that the support for this mode has been removed. I jumped WS8 completely so I do not know in which version it stopped working.

In WS9, I just run around in the unit or use the unit + display of the virtual machine in the workstation user interface.

  • projector and full screen problem

Kind of a strange question, but I have a clip on the stage that has a video of flvplayback. I hide it unless it is triggered by a click of a button. I export my file as an exe of the projection. Then when I hit fullscreen projector (in 'view') window, it shows my video fullscreen... So it of as if she shows the video layer, makes active and displays it. Ideas as to why an order of menu of the project itself would trigger this layer to unmask and go full screen?

    Yes.

  • Mode full-screen Windows 10

I installed Firefox on a new computer with Windows 10 and initially failed to enter fullscreen (F11) mode. After some tests, I came up with a procedure that works, but involves starting Firefox twice each time - a minor annoyance.
I have 1 'Favorites' tab and the other tabs open with a working fullscreen and close Firefox normally (I don't get the warning waited on the closure of several tabs). The following steps find Firefox upward and mode full-screen:

    1. launch Firefox. It gives a blank page expanded with the address bar and the bar tab with a single tab.
    2. press F11. Curiously, square set full-screen mode, it replaces the page 'Restored' size.
3 maximize. Window extends to its appearance after step 1.
    4. stop Firefox. Window goes away.
    5. start Firefox a 2nd time. This time, it will come with the 'restoration' page Firefox (with address & tab bar) which shows the tabs that were open at the previous close and gives the opportunity to select the tabs you want to come this time.
At this point F11 will toggle in and out of fashion full screen properly, so steps 6 and 7 can be either order.
    6. press F11. He's going to full screen (i.e. address & tab bars disappear).
    7. click on the button "restore". Earlier closing tabs are restored and F11 is fully functional.
    Issues related to the:
    1. Why don't I get the warning for closing multiple tabs? (It seems more to be an option.)
    2. because (in XP at least) the "Restoration" page should appear only after a forced or abnormal stop, why is she even get involved? (Both the cases referred were normal).
    3. why Firefox doesn't come until normal the first time, with only the tabs that have been pinned and F11 functional?

Since the first opening of this problem, it seems that the updates have been applied to Firefox, Windows 10 or both, and itself has the problem. So "thank you" to the one who fixed it.

  • After the update Firefox 25 tabs "will return" 2 to 3 pages, when switching tab or exit full-screen.

It happens more frequently when you exit the full screen of a video. for example, youtube, dailymotion, nbc.com - the entire site with embedded video players.

When you exit the full screen, the page goes back 2-3 pages. And no, I'm not clicking on videos related everything fullscreen all the time: that's all by launching full-screen and full-screen, all on the same page of output video.

This happens less frequently during the passage of the tabs - but if I switch to another tab, then return, the first tab will load the page that I've been there are 2 pages.

More information: when this happens, the "arrow" is grayed out and the page that loads is on the list of the "arrow" twice - lower in the list where it should be, as well as the top of the list, as if I had clicked on a link to this page.

All this started immediately after restart Firefox after updating to version 25 - no other changes have been made to my computer.

    The problems were with HTML5

    Subject: config > media.webm.enabled > false

    Problem solved! BY ME!

(Attached picture is a screen CAP that shows up if HTML5 is disabled. I had noticed before the update of Firefox, but it was never enough to the top of long to actually read, and I didn't really like. When she returned immediately after the deactivation of HTML5, I did a screen CAP to see what has increased. Oh I see... something worked, so some fool decided to fix it... Genius!)

  • Videos full screen extremely agitated, except when I move my mouse. How to fix?

Whenever I try to play a video in full screen the video played normally for a few seconds, but then would quickly become very choppy except when moving my mouse... which is weird. The video is fine when it is normal and not full-screen. (Except videos on IGN.com. Normal and fullscreen are like this.) First time I noticed that a few days ago. Also, this isn't just a video type of video player (such as the video player for youtube, Upload2, etc.) It is to each of them.

It is the first time that this has happened to me and I couldn't find something like this through research.

Try running Firefox in safe mode.

       * Firefox -> Help -> Restart with add-ons disabled

If it works in safe mode, this means that one of your Extensions of the add-on causing the problem, requiring everything from disabling and then re-enabling them one by one to isolate the problem.

  • Video HTML5 will not be full screen on the second monitor?

While playing a Html5 video full screen on my second monitor, whenever I try to do anything else the video mode full-screen. Video Flash works very well and will stay full screen on my second monitor. I also tried the same Html5 video in Google chrome and worked correctly and remained full screen too. So why the Html5 video will not remain on a second monitor fullscreen in Firefox?

There is a fix for this, but apparently it is not yet available in the current version of Firefox (12.0). At the next update of Firefox comes out, you will be able to go to about: config and game "full-screen - api .exit-on-disable" false and the problem will be solved.

I hope Mozilla will soon that the default for users will not do this!

  • full-screen messaging column cannot be dragged

    Dears

    I'm in 10.11.4 latest version

I dragged earliertoday the handle between the message list and full screen columns to the right

This means that now I have a 2 view columns

My problem is that I'm not able to get the full screen to reappear!

When I'm dragging the handle of the far-right (arrow to the left with vertical bar), it remains stuck in the middle of the column of list of msg and the full screen is not displayed.

I tried to change the preferences to Classic view. In this case, I have one line: full screen should appear at the bottom of the message is not there and even once, I'm not able to resize things

Any idea on how to solve or return to default display?

    Thanks in advance

    Well, I have the solution!

When you drag the right handle, you need to slide to the left, BUT ALSO down!

As a result, the message column full screen will appear
