When my wireless keyboard has a conflict of any sort, and stops working, it's great that I can use my mouse to go to accessibility options and get the screen keyboard to use in order to re-install the software, re - sync my settings bluetooth or something else. Once I get it all working again, I'm hard to find a way to disable the screen keyboard on.  I can't find anything in the help index or anywhere, that's all off once you have enabled. For now, I'm just close it after my PC boots every time which is very annoying because it seems add time to the boot sequence as well. What Miss me something that should be so simple. I can write the code, but I can't disable a keyboard?

It's hard enough writing emails when you can not delete a block of text, except with the BACKSPACE key. Maybe it has a symbol that I don't recognize. I can't find the serial number.
