• Windows flashes when scrolling on in the task bar, Alt - Tab does not.

  OK it drives me absolutely crazy. for these past few weeks, my taskbar and alt - tab has been broken. When I move the taskbar of the program im trying to open just blinks but never actually maximizes.  I noticed that it only flashes I have my cursor over the icon. But if I leave it right on it to open its own it never made. Alt - Tab is also the exact same thing (which makes me assume that the question is related.) I click on buttons and pop-up windows, but does not open anything.

  I looked around and I know that this question emerged with a reliablitiy of windows there are few up-to-date kb977074, but wasn't in my update list. SO I now have no idea what to do. Ive played around with the parameters monitored for defective or damaged files, and really, I don't want to have to do a system restore. especially since ive restored my computer and he was doing it before I updated. so... ideas would be very appreciated.

  If the problem persists, I suggest to check the integrity of the system and for this you may need to run the SFC (System File Checker).

  Scan SFC will be scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

  1. Go to Start, click all programs and open the Accessories.

  I'm trying to retrieve/view old e-mail my Time Machine ups back. I am backup on an external hard drive.

  When I get TM since the Mail, search application 'in time' does not work. If I go TM said Finder, or from the desktop, it works fine.

  I had to reinstall my OS and am trying to update on El Capitan, (thanks to the kind assistance of AppleCare!), but in the meantime I am eager to find those old emails.

  Although you can restore a snapshot of Time Machine messages in the Mail application, it usually will not work with messages that were saved by an outdated version of the mail. In this case, you must use another method.

  Please triple - click anywhere in the line below on this page to select:

  ~/Library/Mail

  Right-click or Ctrl-click on the highlighted line and select

  Services ▹ Open

  the contextual menu.* should open a folder.

  Enter Time Machine and scroll to the snapshot that you want to restore from. The folder named "Mail" are subfolders named "V2" and/or "V3" (according to the version of Mac OS X that was used at the time that the snapshot was taken.) Inside of one of these subfolders are several subfolders representing your e-mail accounts. The name refers to the email addresses that you use. Select the account folders you want and then select restore... to... in the action menu (gear icon) in the toolbar of the Snapshot window.   If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. Please follow the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. This might help others with the same problem.

  I have a movieclip with some input text fields. It's like a form. I need to use scrollpane due to its size. If I join this movieclip in the scrollpane component, the tab does not work between these text fields. When I press the tab, the focus moves to the scrollpane himself.

  I tried to set the tabIndex to the textfields. tabChildren and tabEnabled to true for the ScrollPane, but nothing seems to work.

  Please help if anyone has a solution for this.

  Finally found answer on another post. Add the following line of code solved my problem.

  You can try to start Firefox in Mode safe to see if Firefox works correctly without error? You can start Firefox in Mode safe below:

  If Firefox opens fine with no problems, it is probably one of your extensions that is causing the problem. You can reactivate your modules one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem to be re-activated.

• new tab (+) does not work after the upgrade to v 23.0.1 forefox

  I had firfox version 22 I guess... Now, today morning I upgraded to v 23. It displays a message from one of the plug-in is not compatible with wud and therefore be disabled. now later I still once downloaded the plug in to check if its works or not but TI worked (as I had already guessed), or its display in modules or plug-ins.

  Now I don't get why the new tab does not work. Not at all. Its so very annoying. I googled the question and tried to reset firefox and the new tab in subject parameter: config. But nothing helped.

  I think that its because of this plug-in I've read somewhere that the parameters can be getting replaced by one of the defective Add-ons.

  Help, please.

  Recently closed tabs does not work for me. When I go to history-> recently closed tabs is not available and the shortcut does not work. It happened a few weeks ago, and when it happened first, the shortcut would open the tabs in the weeks earlier. I can't find any information on this and would like to see it fixed.

  Try to uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and the current version of Firefox.
