Section of app in the cloud creative adobe does not properly! Me once again

I closed the cloud creative, left, connected to... and yet, when I reopen it the apps section does not work.
It is really problematic, because I can not download anything
And the Illustrator does not work properly.

Follow please Remove already installed application (Mac OS X) files

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

By default, Acrobat DC IOS shows the consulted files recently. You need to switch to another file location (for example, Local, Document cloud creative) to delete, rename, move or duplicate files.
You can switch to the Local, if you do not want the files and folders that are stored locally on your iPad.

As you mentioned that the installer of creative cloud is not replying to the questionnaire, please disable Antivirus, firewall computer temporarily and try again. If it still does not work, please download a fresh install and install from: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free trial Adobe Creative Cloud.
Just in case if it still does not work, please follow the troubleshooting steps shared here: error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop App.

First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

Uninstall whatever now installed on the bad hd.
Open your desktop cc app and click on the gear (top-right) icon > click Preferences > creative cloud > installation location, and then select your favorite install hd > install your programs of cc.

I decided to remove Dreamweaver CS6 as I use Dreamweaver CC, and now when I open the creative cloud the 'Home' tab shows which is installed but the 'Apps' tab is empty and displays a "download error" but no code and still says customer contact. A blue button with "Download Creative Cloud" is available, then click and download the software, install, reboot and still the same. All applications will be opened via LaunchPad, if that helps?
I have to assume quite rightly something has been deleted when it shouldn't, but I do now?

I use creative cloud to adobe cleaning tool (didn't know it existed) to get rid of the Mac Adobe all products, rebooted and then ran Installer creative cloud and viola, everything works as it should
