missing apps in the cloud Creative Manager
Hello
I decided to remove Dreamweaver CS6 as I use Dreamweaver CC, and now when I open the creative cloud the 'Home' tab shows which is installed but the 'Apps' tab is empty and displays a "download error" but no code and still says customer contact. A blue button with "Download Creative Cloud" is available, then click and download the software, install, reboot and still the same. All applications will be opened via LaunchPad, if that helps?
I have to assume quite rightly something has been deleted when it shouldn't, but I do now?

I have a solution, a marvel of quick research.
I use creative cloud to adobe cleaning tool (didn't know it existed) to get rid of the Mac Adobe all products, rebooted and then ran Installer creative cloud and viola, everything works as it should

Hi Ron,
What do you mean exactly? The creative cloud App is just that - a stand-alone app that manages your subscription CC, including the app updates and active such as files and fonts.
You want an icon to click to run Lightroom? In this case, you would start Lightroom (not CC App) and either "pin to taskbar" (Windows) or "Keep in Dock" (Mac). If you need help doing that, just tell us what operating system you are running. If this isn't your question, please clarify what you are asking.

Right. You must save a separate project once per day at a minimum, copy so that you have several backups in place. Make sure automatic backup is running.

Install them the same way you did with the original facilities. Jjust sign off the 'old' and new.

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

Should uninstall us cloud creative cs6 before installing the cloud creative cc?
I am an existing Member of creative cloud with cs6 apps installed through creative cloud on my PC. I don't want two versions (I want both cs6 and cc) - so I want to remove my machines cs6.
My question is - is better first to remove apps from cs6 creative cloud of my machine and install cc creative cloud applications, or should I install cc creative cloud apps then uninstall cloud creative cs6 apps?
Or... isn't it important?
Or... can the cloud creative cc Installer hjandle uninstalling cloud creative cs6 apps?
On Lightroom (5) - I had to uninstall Lightroom 4 manually.
Adobe - is there a best practice here?

bobba1, CS6 and CC are two separate applications. Thus, it is irrelevant at all, how or in what order uninstall you.
If you do not want to keep both of them, you can install CS6, maybe after or before installing CC, your choice.
It is the same with Lightroom.
