  Hi Sara, if you need another way to do it, the feature is available in the classic file menu. You can call this bar high by pressing the ALT key.

  You need to set your default email under custom settings client. You can do this:

  ·         Click Start

  ·         Click default programs

  ·         Click set access and the computer program defaults

  ·         Click on custom

  ·         Select the e-mail client to use

  ·         Click OK

  This should enable the grayed out options.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

  • Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance

  You can also try another mouse in case there is a problem with your current mouse and check the double-click setting in the mouse driver software.

  Hello cera78, mozilla cleans its user interface from time to time. user interface studies showed that this context menu entry is only used by < 1% of users.

  Hi, open the 3-bar menu > customize, look for the link in the Email and then drag it to the right (in the blue rectangle) If you want in the menu, or drag it to a location on a toolbar. Then click on exit customize to save the setting.

  Email link is also in the menu bar - press Alt to get temporarily, or right click in the bar tabs (but not on a tab) and tick/check menu bar. You can find the Email link in the view tab.
