    Dear all,

    Try to do a manual URL to see if it works. Static variables are called as Valueof (variable) and presentation of variables such as @{variable}
    Discover th url below and add your variables as needed and of course override other settings.

  • How to send the values in a column of "report" instead of a "part of the Page?

    Hello

    Here's my case: two pages A and B.
    A page is used to display each employee of a selected service.
    Page B is used to create / modify employees.

    I create a button page which redirects to page B.
    By default, page B is empty (from course to fill in the blanks to create a new employee).

    However, there are 2 values I want to send to page B (I want to fill in some blanks in advance): the service and the Manager ID ID (there is a Department Manager).
    -I managed with the service ID because it is a page element and in the "Action when click on the button" button I filled "Set these Items"-> agenda of Page B "with the values"-> about a Page A day.
    -I am confused with the ID of eating because it is not a page element, but a report column and there is nothing to do like I did for the service in the button ID to create.

    I'm a bit lost cause I don't know how transfer/send this value to the second page.

    Do you have any idea?

    Thanks again for your time!

  • Send the value of the element to IR flash chart

    Hello developers,
    I have a way to query.
    On a page, I have 2 parts: a flash chart, a single interactive report and a hidden element attached to the chart area. When the user clicks on flash graphic, the IR must have a filter automatically set as IR_COLUMN = VALUE. So I put in action link to go to the same page and fixed in article IR_COLUMN and the value "& P_HIDDEN_ITEM.". Surprise, value is not passed, on the contrary if I use: APP_ID. or another string of standard substitution or #VALUE # #MAX_VALUE # the value or it passes. Note that I don't want to send all the values in the chart. I also try to put a substitution string to properties of the Application and try to pass the value but still does not work. I use APEX 4.0.2.
    Thank you.

    Hi "user11978562"

    You mention that you have attempted to reference your item hidden in the field 'Value' in the region of action link. The entry of the names of elements in this area is not supported, and the value of this element will not be retrieved or used in the URL. Depending on the type of graph, a set list of substitution strings are accepted for example #LABEL #, and also the references to the FLOW_ID APP_ID, SESSION, are managed. If you want to reference the element hidden, then you could update your graphic to include the link, similar to the following query:

    SELECT 'f?p=&APP_ID.:2:&SESSION.:IR_REPORT_12345678:&DEBUG.:RIR,CIR:IR_JOB:&P2_HIDDEN_JOB_ITEM.' LINK,
           ENAME LABEL,
           SAL VALUE
    FROM   EMP
    ORDER  BY ENAME

    .. where the link includes a reference to page 2, the same page as my graphic and interactive report; demand IR_REPORT_12345678 identify my interactive report; the interactive report for WORK column, IR_JOBfilter; and a reference to my article on hidden page P2_HIDDEN_JOB_ITEM. Just ensure that your hidden item has a value in session state, and then by clicking on an element of your theme astral should define the IR filter. If you do not want to go to the IR filter of the column, instead of referencing an element hidden, then you could do just a graphical query value replace the reference to the element hidden by a column reference, similar to the following:

    SELECT 'f?p=&APP_ID.:2:&SESSION.:IR_REPORT_12345678:&DEBUG.:RIR,CIR:IR_JOB:'||JOB' LINK,
           ENAME LABEL,
           SAL VALUE
    FROM   EMP
    ORDER  BY ENAME

    .. where I added a reference to the JOB column in the column of the query LINK.

    In response to your comment that you tried to "+ set a string substitution to properties of the Application and try to change the value, but did not always work +", only a defined set of chains of substitution are accepted for graphics, and they are referenced using item-level associated with the 'value' point on the action link region.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards
    Hilary

  • How to send the value of the variable to the application module to servlet?

    HII...
    How can you send a value to the application module to the servlet or jsp page when we call the function from the application module...
    as the return type of function module of the application must be zero when it to add in the client interface...

    Your Java Bean must be serializable. A quote from what is displayed when you click on 'Help' in the ' Add method on the client interface screen:

    A list of the generated methods available for export (only the public methods with parameters and return types that are primitive or implement that the Serializable interface will appear in the list).

  • Send the value of the variable from page to another page

    In my case:
    I created a form and in the form, there is a button and a drop-down list box that contains the data (say A page). When I click on the button, all I wanted was to call page B to perform a second process. The syntax to call the page B is:

    bb.pushScreen('PageB.htm', 'PageB', {'Key': MyComboValue});

    How can I after page after page B called B will capture and get the value of the "MyComboValue" sent by the page?

    Hello

    First of all, it is available in bbUI 0.94 (next Branch) in order to ensure that you are running the right version.

    Now, the object that you pass to the new page is available in the ondomready and onscreenready works, then you should do something like this:

    onscreenready: function(element, id, passed_object) {
      },

    There is an example of the exact thing I want on this example page (text third field down) but I can't combine the two in the right text box have.

    Does anyone know how I could do this?

    Hi 200 X 200,

    Unlike other language coding, Lingo requires global variables to be declared anywhere where they are used.

    Declare global one in the framework of movA.dcr and movB.dcr framework and that should work. I hope.

    Good luck

  • How to send the value of inside while loop outside

    Hello

    The goal of my project is to control the height of a ball in a tube (there is a fan down low to lift the ball to the top and bottom) and a Top ultrasound sensor read the distance of the ball.

    I am currently using a PWM signal to control the speed of the fans (which works fine) and I use the VISA blocks read/write to communicate to my sensors (which works also very well - I can get the distance to the ball - when I move the ball up and down changing the duty cycle).

    My problem:

    Now, to create a control problem, I need read the distance of the ball, have some sort of controller and feed in this output as my new duty cycle for the fans... However, I need loops I have (running fans and continuous sensors to run (I guess? unless there is a way around it.) so the fans continue to work and sensors keep reading.) I need to get the measure of the distance of the loop of the sensor (after its been read) passed out of the loop and to be updated of course - then calculations can be made on that and then can be used as my duty.

    Someone in a way that I can do this? Its all tied to your reference, version of labview 8.6.

    Thanks heaps!

    Nick.

    Hello, Roy.

    To use the value on another component of the user interface, I shows an example:

    -code of the page

    shortDesc = "shortDesc" >

    method = "customJsFunction" / >

    -the javascript code

    var customJsFunction = function (event)

    {

    var exceptiondata = event.getSource ().findComponent("ot32").getValue ();

    AdfCustomEvent.queue (event.getSource (),

    "mycustomserverEvent,"

    {param1:exceptiondata},

    (true);

    Returns true;

    }

    -OutputTextCase11.java

    public void handleServerEvent (EC ClientEvent)

    {

    String param = (String) ce.getParameters () .get ("param1");

    RichOutputText outputText = (RichOutputText) ce.getComponent () .findComponent ("ot1");

    outputText.setShortDesc (param);

    outputText.setValue (param);

    AdfFacesContext.getCurrentInstance () .addPartialTarget (outputText);

    }

    I hope this helps you.

    Then you describe two stored procedures separated. One that has an OUTPUT parameter which is a SYS_REFCURSOR (that you posted initially). And will need you a second procedure that takes as a parameter IN the decrypted CUST_ID and whatever: key (s) is required for the UPDATE is generated.

  • Display of a user name, but the sending in the value of the parameter username

    Hello

    I have a parameter named User and I need the column of user names from the drop-down list, but I need to send the value of username corrsponding to my settings. Please let me know if there is a way for this publisher of BI in.

    Thank you
    DY

    When you create a list of values for the parameter, your sql should have two columns in the select statement:

    Select user_name as name, user_id ID
    from table_name

    Name appears but user_id is returned. -Change the sql as required.

    Create the User_ID parameter (let's say it's ID), then use the created list.

    In your datamodel, you can filter by User_ID as: select * from table where user_id =: User_ID

    Hope that helps.

  • How to dynamically change the value of a column in a report

    Hi, I'm new to APEX and I have a small requirement. I have a report in a page which I query. Report will always have only one record. I need to change a value of a column in this report of the value received from another page. I was able to send the value of another page on my page of reports to a hidden page element, but I don't know how I can configure this value received to this column in the report. Is this possible? If Yes, can anyone help with this?

    Not really clear exactly what it is you are trying to reach. You want to replace the value of a column in the report with the value of a page element? If so, simply replace the column in the report with a reference to the required page elementquery:

    select
       empno
    , ename
    , job
    , :p2_sal sal -- Replace value of sal column with value of P2_SAL item
    from
       emp

  • By the way the value of the report column in Javascript

    Dear magicians Apex,
    I am a bit stuck now to implement a modal pop-up/iframe/javascript and this forum is my last hope to solve this problem.
    Anyway, I will try to explain what I'm trying to accomplish.
    What I need, is: I want to have a SQL report, as first column I want to have an 'ID' of my table numbers and I want this column to have a "link in the column" located in the appropriate links "column attributes. The thing is that when I click on the link of the column (when I run my report on the Apex page) I need a JQuery modal window where the pop-up in IFrame will be another page and this page uses an 'ID' of my link URL column to display the data. So, basically, I want to pass a value of 'ID' of my page parent to my page of the child which appears in an iFrame modal window.
    And here's what I have:
    1. I have a SQL report:

    select SUBNET_ID,
           long2ip(NETWORK_ADDRESS),
           long2ip(SUBNET_MASK),
           long2ip(END_HOST),
           long2ip(START_HOST),
           MAX_HOSTS,
           long2ip(BROADCAST_IP),
           NETWORK_CLASS,
           NETWORK_SIZE,
           HOST_SIZE
    from   YC_CM_IP_SUBNETS
    2 then, in 'The column attributes' to 'SUBNET_ID' a have put a "link in the column" URL like:
    javascript:ViewNetworkDetails(#SUBNET_ID#);
    3. now, when I run my page and point my mouse over any item in my column "SUBNET_ID", I see that she receives a number of "SUBNET_ID" of my table and it shows it in the button of the browser as:
    javascript:ViewNetworkDetails(1);
    , or (2) or anything that is 'SUBNET_ID '. So, that's good.
    4 and here I am confused, basically, I need to pass a value of
    javascript:ViewNetworkDetails(#SUBNET_ID#);
    , which seems to work as it gives me good numbers of my table to my 'ViewNetworkDetails' JavaScript function, then it can paste this value in "f?" p =... "IFrame URL. Here is my Jquery Modal script form and Javascript to redirect me to my popup page (the script is located in the HTML header):

    <script type="text/javascript">
    function ViewNetworkDetails(){
    var apexSession = $v('pInstance');
    var apexAppId = $v('pFlowId');
    var subnetIDNumber = document.getElementById(#SUBNET_ID#);

    $(function(){
    vRuleBox = '<div id="ViewNetworkDetailsBox" title="View Subnet Details">
    <iframe src="f?p='+apexAppId+':103:'+apexSession+'::NO:103:P103_SUBNET_ID:'+subnetIDNumber+'
    "width="875" height="500" title="View Subnet Details" frameborder="no"></iframe></div>'
    $(document.body).append(vRuleBox);
    $("#ViewNetworkDetailsBox").dialog({
                            buttons:{"Cancel":function(){$(this).dialog("close");}},
                            stack: true,
    modal: true,
                            width: 950,
    resizable: true,
    autoResize: true,
    draggable: true,
    close : function(){$("#ViewNetworkDetailsBox").remove();
                            location.reload(true); }
    });
    });
    }
    </script>
    PS My hypothesis is that there is a problem with this part of my script
    var subnetIDNumber = document.getElementById(#SUBNET_ID#);
    where I can't get my "SUBNET_ID" value from
    javascript:ViewNetworkDetails(#SUBNET_ID#);
    in 'subnetIDNumber' variable and that's why I can't spend my iFrame URL.

    P.S. P.S. the child page 103 has a "Automated row fetch", is not a problem. In addition, I did a simple test, where I had a page element 'P102_Value' with values and in my script I had instead
    var subnetIDNumber = document.getElementById(#SUBNET_ID#);
    This
    var subnetIDNumber = $v('P102_Value');
    and it worked perfectly fine... but cannot operate against the SQL Select statement :-(

    HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLPPPP.
    Thank you

    Change your column to link to send the value of the subnet_id column to the function call (you mentioned, but I don't know if you've actually done m)

    JavaScript:ViewNetworkDetails(#SUBNET_ID#);

    You pass the value of the parameter to the function, but not defined all the parameters in the function definition (this is possible in JS, no other parameter is ignored)
    For example, to change the function to accept the subnet ID parameter (I'm really surprised how you missed it) and assign this parameter to a variable.
