Separate the Mail merged .pdf
Hello, I have converted a large MS Word file into a .pdf file. It is about 50 pages of letters on a page. How can I save each letter of motivation in its own individual file? Thanks for your help!
See Document > extract Pages and check the box that says "extract in the form of separate pages.

My problem is not new, but I guess that everybody in one hates team project registered e-mail separately in other project files buy orders, drawings etc.
How can I do that effectively?
In mail, I just hit the print [cmd] Pei command and it should open the pdf print dialog box and asking the name of the file without needing to hit the mouse.
Can the automator help me?

I added a hotkey in Mail to use export to PDF...
Go to System Preferences > keyboard and click the shortcuts tab.
Go to the application shortcuts and click on the + key, I added export to PDF... by mail to card command + K

Standardize the page to merged PDF sizes?

I'm trying to fuse together a PowerPoint 07 ' and an Excel ' 07, both set to provisions of page A4 landscape, in Acrobat 9 Standard. However, in the final merged PDF, the old Excel pages are huge compared to the PowerPoint presentation - about 6 times greater.
Any ideas how I can force Adobe PDF merged into the same page size and orientation of output?

I had this same problem. I sent someone a document 8 pages to which they signed 2 and scanned and delivered. When I tried to replace these 2 pages in my original CD (giving me a document completed and signed) the pages that I have inserted were lower than those of the original.
Follow THESE STEPS: the mouse on the left side of the bottom of the page in Adobe Acrobat format. You can see which pages are FALSE. In my case, it was the originals that were too big. I then printed them via the Adobe PDF printer. Select "fit to printable area" (check these dimensions which will be 8.5 x 11) when the document was printed in this way, it was easy to adapt to these other pages as they were now all the same size. Not to play with the zoom which is a nightmare.

Application of PagePlus crashes during mail merge

I use a DTP Serif PagePlus program for several years on my old XP system but have in Jan 09 a new computer with Vista. PagePlus X 4 is the latest version that I've updated on 09 Nov. No problem initially but now when I use the mail on my label templates and print it it will not display the total number of pages. I tried again today and it does not print anything on mail merge. I have printed other documents about this program without problem, but may not use the mail merge. Here are the details of the error message:

It's very simple if you have paid for Acrobat or PDF Pack. Do you have? If you have only the free player, you can't. And if you paid - let us know which one, so we can advise you.

Creating application from merger and mail merge using Word

We are in the process of developing an application web coldfusion that allows the user to download the document Word and a data source for the mail merge.
After spending a few hours Googling, we are still unable to find a definitive solution. Everyone gives us a pointer to how we might be able to do this? If coldfusion maybe using Java may be able to access the objects of Microsoft Office?

I need to convert PDF to Excel, however, the columns and tabs make many merged cells and the number of columns empty. In addition to not separate the columns properly, I see many not separate lines together in the same cell. I even think that Adobe Acrobat Pro DC has limits. There is no way to set what points in columns to force the column break? Or create several columns that are unnecessary? How column in Excel, size fixed when import us text and define where breaks have columns of text?

PDF does not contain columns, lines, formats, styles or other aspects of word processing or spreadsheet file formats.
This is because the PDF is decidedly not a file format of word processor or a spreadsheet or something 'like' one of these.
(see ISO 32000 for what PDF "is")
Which allows to optimize the export of the content of a page PDF is to start with that tag well formed PDF (ISO 14289-1, PDF/UA-1).
Without that export is what it is and we performs the cleanup of any necessary content using the native application for the export of files (MS Word or Excel).

How to convert merge documents and mailing for the docs individual pdf and each with a field record in the merge?
What is an actual field or just a piece of static text somewhere? Whatever it is, you can't do this using the Split Document command. You will need to use a script custom read the value of this 'field' and use it during extraction of pages in the file.

Is it possible to create a document merge pdf and mailing to several vendors (each with their own unique values) for them to individual e-sign?
I have my letter and the data that is created in Excel and Word, so I want to create these data in a mail merge (by Word) and then saved in PDF format.
I wish that each document merged PDF mail to have their signature / title / name of fields as fields of e-sign. Is this possible? How can I configure my document as well what happends without me one in and edit every PDF document.

It seems that you are looking to extract the values of your CSV file in the document of the multiple signatories. For this, you can use the MegaSign feature:

Can view is no longer a PDF directly in the Mail

For some reason any I'm more able to visualize PDF files directly in the Mail on my iPhone 6. I recently move to IOS 9.3.1 but cannot confirm if the problem started immediately after.
In happier times, the attachment at the bottom of an email would be displayed as an icon of the small 'pdf' and hit that would display the document directly (with options presented here for example, markup, open with). For some reason, the attachment is now represented by a small iBooks and tapping icon that gives me the opportunity to drop, open in various applications, copy, etc., instead of open it directly. I don't think I changed any settings recently, or installed new applications, more my mini iPad also runs 9.3.1 and connected to the same Gmail account works fine. Scratching my head here a little more!

Suddenly the mail program opens pdf attachments and automatically displays the practise in the form of images in the content field.
Unfortunately, it is an expected behavior for a PDF in Mail.app. You a reading a very long thread about it here.

In the mail the bar at the bottom of the Inbox window won't slide up to allow the contents of the selected message appear without double click to open it in a separate window. A thinking about it? I can't find anything in the preferences that relates. The ability to drag the bar just seems jammed.
Using El Capitan? If so, in Mail, go to preferences-> look at one and activate the option "use the classic setup."

I am running microsoft windows xp home edition 2002. I always have problems with pdf files, sent to me by e-mail, download doc on my canon printer and the creation of pdf file to send. I use microsoft works Task Launcher 2004 edition.

If you need to open the PDF files, you will need to install a PDF reader.
If you try to print in PDF format, you must install Adobe Reader.
