  I have a new machine Vista Ultimate x 64 and have installed a bunch of simulators (and tools Eclipse, JDE and normal plugin dev).

  When I run, for example, 9000.bat, to one of the directories Simulator (or if I run for debugging of Eclipse), it works fine. Until I do file/exit or double-click the button close the window. Then, nothing happens. Simulator menus have not been frozen, but the BlackBerry does not respond and take flight never quits.

  I can force stop with taskmgr.

  I tried several 4.6.0 and 4.7.0 sims.

• Illustrator CC is slow and don't quit

  I have two different macs, intel with 4 GB of ram. I open illustrator CC with a new clean document, then just draw a square. When I try to move somewhere else, the blue outline instead moves but the place is still at the old place. I have to click several times to the square appears in the new spot, even in this case it takes a few seconds for the place to go.

  Also I can't close the window I'm working. When I click the red button in the upper left corner of the canvas, the window will not close.

  I can't leave illustrator CC either. I have to force quit to close.

• Icon email blackBerry Smartphones voice don't quit

  Stupid.

  For some reason, my phone made a bad (IN MY BLUETOOTH) headset of razzing sound and then restarted there.  Not knowing what had happened, I removed the battery and rebooted, it me.

  I saw that I had missed a call, so I checked and deleted all my messages.  For some reason any now the Voice Message icon will go away/clear.

  Is there a way to reset this?

  I've been editing using a macbook pro (13-inch 2011 with ssd 16 GB ram external monitor) to edit with cs6 for some time.

  I'll order a new Imac next month. Mainly to the test of the future. I am a photographer and filmmaker and want to be able to change HD and 4 k in FCPX.  I also use CS6 for existing projects until I learn FCPX

  Money is of course limited. I am considering a refurbished 27 inch imac, retina 2015 with the video card of 4 GB and 2 TB drive of fusion. I intend to add two 8 gig ram-chips or if money allows two 16 gig chips.
  I plan to order two 240 GB ssd usb drives 3 and their raid for a drive utility disc scratch.

  I have a nas backup disk and fw800 disks for storage and backup. the plan is to use the ssd raid while working on a project then transfer it to the other drives for storage and backup.

  Thus, questions...
  is the video card of 4 GB with a value of extra money or not?
  a bare raid ssd is put in place a good idea for the drive working?
  The amount of ram is enough? keep the stock 2 x 4; Add 2 x 8 or spend more and go 2 x 16?

• How to disable all the zoom in mobile Firefox

  I'm trying to get rid of this delay of 300ms for double zoom tab. It works on websites than the zoom block, but I would like that it works for all sites. I don't mind not being is not able to zoom as I have Firefox, Firefox Beta and installed every night. I guess it would be in the config. I disabled the delay of 300ms in Chrome Dev version, that works really well. I don't quite see the same thing in Firefox.

  Hey, sorry been busy trying. I just tested around with the config and it goes back to ui.zoomedview.disabled and set it to true. It was on the beta of Firefox. She seems to have no ill effects change. I've also updated to Chrome Dev and no longer have the option to deactivate the lag. I am happy that I found this.

  Old person needing help to transfer files from my gen G4 mini 1-my mini Intel 2 Duo of recent 2009 here.

  Data sheet:

  Old Mini:

  G4 Mini 1.42 Ghz with OS 10.5.8 (mf 2004 apx.)

  Optical drive is broken - do not accept DVD/CD

  LaCie external drive connected to the G4 mini with firewire and USB cables

  LaCie has been implemented as a bootable drive.  It is divided into two sections: one with 10.3 Panther and the other with Leopard 10.5.8.  Time machine is on the section of Leopard.

  New Mini

  Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26 Ghz with OS 10.6.8 (mf. 2009 apx.)

  Problem:

  I read the messages that say it isn't a good idea to use the migration assistant or firewire target mode disc G4 Intel because they use different code.  Better to install fee copies of the software on the new system and the transfer by USB, backups on external or optical disks, or via ethernet.

  Ok.  I am now officially lost.

  The files that I want to transfer are Mac application files and MS Word files.

  I have MS Office 2004 edition installed on the old mini for G3 and upward, so my documents have been created in this application.  I should install it on the Intel mini, OR do I need to install a new MS Office 2008 I have that I never opened that says the requirements are for a PPC G4/G5 or Intel processor?

  I don't quite understand libraries and other parts of the MacOS system...

  If anyone can tell me how to get the foregoing transferred on the mini Intel, step by step, I would be very grateful.

  I would use Word 2008 in case you later want to increase past Snow Leopard. Make a backup of Snow Leopard before doing anything. Copy the user folder of leopard on the Snow Leopard desktop. Then in the Leopard user folder, open the folder of the user and copy the files to the same location in Snow Leopard, for example Documents to Documents, pictures, photos. For mail, do not copy the entire your user library, copy only the folder Mail in Snow Leopard user library. Once that is done, open the respective applications and access the newly copied files.

  Where did you read that? It is quite wrong, IMHO. Indeed, users have been known to 'clear' an account and then express alarm that she and all her messages and folders disappeared. I don't quite know why they are surprised. What one would expect to happen?
