Series NOT associated with my account?

Customer service said that my serial number is not associated with my account. They said that I didn't record of CS4. But my account under my products, says I have Adobe CS4 registered and verified... I have the original e-mail, they sent when I registered cs4! But no, the customer service says that the series is not registered under the email. Clearly, it's under my email, because I used my email to take these photos.

I am at a total loss. I did everything under the Sun with Chat support and nothing.

    I'm trying to update an iBook using iBooks author and in the stage of PUBLISHING the login page says that my AppleID is not associated with the iTunes Connect account. I've updated the book several twice and not had a problem.

    I just put the last updated OS10.1 on my Q10 (10.1.0.4181) and link BB now runs like a dream, with none of the previous problems recognizing my BB ID. seems to have solved my problems in one fell swoop.
