• QuickTime Player 7.7.9 for Windows failed to initialize error 2096

  I tried to open QuickTime Player 7.7.9 in Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 with the latest updates for February 2016 and a pop-up message with the message of: QuickTime failed to initialize error 2096. There was also something to check that the application has been installed correctly.

  I opened the Panel configuration/programs and features/QuickTime 7 and selected repair. Open Setup ran the repair and closed. I restarted the computer and I tried to run QuickTime player with the same result. I uninstalled QuickTime player, restarted the computer, downloaded and installed QuickTime Player from the Apple web site.

  I tried to run the new QuickTime Player that sent the same message.

  I have somehow found and executed the installer of QuickTime Player 7.7.6 (1680.95.31). I am able to access the QuickTime Player. I checked the updates and ran the update for 7.7.9 and get once more: QuickTime failed to initialize error 2096.

  Any ideas why 7.7.9 does not work to me that computer gremlins are playing with my mind.

  Try reinstalling CS6 on Win7 as my Acrobat kept problems then this is the third time I had to reinstall Acrobat. Now, I can not she or one of CS6 to install. I even tried to download new Adobe software, with no luck. All the same error. Help!

  If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.

  If you use an installation dvd:

  Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.

  If you are using a mac:

  1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.

  2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the

  3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.

  4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.

  5 restart the installation.

  what application fails, it's Windows Defender which fails to initialize, or is it another application?  Check your windows system and application event log - can provide you more information on what application is which is a failure...   I read through countless messages on different sites and still not find a solution to this. I had a hard time trying to understand what Council applies really to me.  After having extracted all the files and I run the setup I get about 75% before I get the installation program was unable to initialize the message. After reviewing the data of PDapp, it seems clear that is the problem, but I have no idea how to solve this problem. Fatal error messages / are as follows:

  I tried (19 times) to install SQL Server 2008 Express on my Windows XP Home Edition with SP 3. Whenever it produces a "generation of the document XML error". I contacted the support for the software vendor of the program that requires SQL Server must be installed. There were attributed to an error in the XML serializer in Windows, they do not have the expertise to help me fix it. How can I fix it?

  Looks like it's either just a missing file or you do not have permission to open it. Are you an administrator on the system you are trying to install this on?   I solved the problem...

  After you remove all of the adobe products, I deleted all the files that includes the name of "Adobe" in the Applications folder.

  After that, I install photoshop CS6 and the other products that I deleted without error...

  I kepe get an error message when you try to install Photoshop elements 12. I have re-uploaded the file several times from different places and no work so I know this isn't a corrupted file. Tried a reboot of the system. Tried to use the support Advisor, but he has not found any problems.

  I am running Mac OS X 10.9 on a 2012 Macbook Pro which meets the requirements of the system.

  Any help is greatly appreciated

  Hello. I am a PC user, and I am trying to solve a problem with the installation download links listed on this page. When I try to run the installer, I get the message listed in the topic.

  Initially, I tried to download products from the creative cloud desktop app, but while the download should start, it would not be completed entirely due to an error (I don't exactly remember the message). I ran the creative cloud cleaning tool, installed the Creative Cloud Desktop App and tried to start the download again. But it did not work.

  So now I'm done trying to install them manually and this is where I am now.

• First Elements 14 Installer fails to initialize

  So, I bought Photoshop elements 14 and first 14 elements in a store with the DVD, installed items without a problem.  I am trying to install the first 14 and get the error "Setup is unable to initialize.  I do not pay extra for this program just so that I can not install it.  I tried to install the DVD or download the program and I get the error so be it.  Help, please!  And no, I don't have the preview versions installed on my laptop.  I'm on Windows 8 if that helps.
