Several ICS in Windows 7, NLB

Looking for information all anyone has about this feature that has been added to Windows 7, "just plug in and it works.

I came across it by chance, simply plugging a second cable modem in my motherboard.  Windows has automatically began to use both at the same time, at a flow of double (with software that uses multiple connections, IE Steam and my download manager).  was simple at first, until he stopped working.

I can't understand why it doesn't work anymore, and I can't find a piece of documentation dealing with it.  There are help pages Microsoft do with Windows Server 03/08, and they mention 7 in one - but no information on the load balancing, using two connections to increase the flow.

any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated, thank you, Kyle

The solution to your problem is the RandomAdapter registry key, which will allow Windows built based on randomly using multiple internet connections.

http://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc784947%28WS.10%29.aspx

I think you also need to add the ConnectOnRequestedInterfaceOnly registry key.

http://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc781782%28WS.10%29.aspx

I added these two keys and restarted, now my bandwidth greatly improved when I download stuff.

I had 32-bit W7 on a SSD and 64-bit on a HARD drive with the window "select the version" appearing before the logon window.  It was working fine since I mainly used the 32-bit version.  I added a disk emulator to test is to write the ability and the first thing that appears is the crawl "Add programs" and when he did not stop for about 2 minutes I 'reset' the machine.  I was not able to start the 32-bit disk or even start the 64-bit version if the SSD is installed.

You hear no doubt, is that your movie software will only recognize certain types of image file formats.  If this is the case, you will need to reformat format files to any format PNG is recognizable by the software.

Rather than we guess, please identify your «film» software

Download and install IrfanView, which is a free utility for images.  http://www.IrfanView.com/

IrfanView has the ability to read a great many formats of image files.  It can also convert image files formats.  And even better - for you - it can do all these things on a batch of files.

As test, after I installed IrfanView, open one of your PNG files.  Now click on file > save as, and select the 'Save as Type' to be little matter the file type of your movie software will accept.  Save the file.  Make sure your movie software can accept the new file.

Once you are convinced that you can modify files that you have in a format that you can use, use IrfanView

File > Batch Conversion/Rename command.  If necessary, see IrfanView help on this topic.

Original title: several problems with Windows 8

Last Sunday, after downloading Ab2word, my tiles shortcuts stop working. I have uninstalled the program, but nothing improved. I made an update of Dell and got the shortcuts work again (curiously I could always connect via the desktop). now, I get a message saying that Windows is disabled and to enable him, by putting in... but he says that it is impossible to activate. Then I tried the upgrade to 8.1 by the store and got a message saying that I was unable to complete the download. Now my shortcuts tiled work, but they open the sites registered by the office, not as a full screen. I tried to restore to the factory and now get the message that the system is unable to restore. I ran a dell diagnostic and it showed nothing. I did a full security scan and he came clean. I'm rapidly reaching crisis. When you try to seek help on the Web site, Windows 8 is not listed... Hello

Ntoskrnl.exe is a component of Windows which means than anything else he has led astray.

Most often, when there are several different Bug_Check material is involved such
like memory, video, motherboard or other.

BlueScreenView provides excellent information however as suggested in the
link to troubleshooting it is best to check the BCCode or stop Code with Faultwire and
MSDN for the methods to solve the problems as well as those in the troubleshooter.

If necessary post minidumps so we can analyze them that "may" provide more
    Details.

I'll be at Microsoft Summit PST USE starting tomorrow and may not be
able to provide a lot of support until Saturday next week (March 3).  If you need more
help I will be able to provide during this time, it would probably be a good idea
to another new question so that others are more likely to participate to help. Just refer

    ==========================================================

It's actually better to post the codes Bug_Check or stop than just the
BOM. These 3 respectively either 1.0 a and 1st well there
    are other similar codes.

As I said above, since there are several material Bug_Checks is likely to be involved
If you also check the drivers and other possibilities of the software.

Drivers could be at fault, however the problems of disk or security/antivirus/antispyware products are
just as likely to be the root cause that they can force a driver to corrupt or go out of bounds.
The video driver or something affecting it would be questionable.

Make sure that the drivers, BIOS and chipset of low-level drivers are all updated by checking manually
system manufacturer and device manufacturers sites.

Below I'll post a generic bluescreen convenience store and in the next message how to upgrade
drivers and BIOS as well as controls memory.

    -----------------------------------

    BCCode: 0a 0x0000000A

    Cause

This bug check is issued if the memory paged (or invalid) is accessible when the IRQL is too high.

The error that usually generates this bug check occurs after the installation of the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS.

If you encounter a bug 0xA control during the upgrade to a later version of Windows, this error can be caused by a device driver, system service, an anti-virus or a backup tool that is not compatible with the new version.

    Solve the problem

If a kernel debugger is available, get a stack trace.

To resolve an error caused by the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. Press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system.
    3. In the Windows Advanced Options menu, select last known good Configuration . This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time.

To resolve an error caused by an incompatible device driver, system service, virus scanner, or backup tool

    1. Check the system log in Event Viewer for error messages that may identify the device or driver that caused the error.
    2. Try disabling the cache in memory of the BIOS.
    3. Run the diagnostics of equipment provided by the manufacturer of the system, in particular the scanner memory. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.
    4. Make sure that the latest Service Pack is installed.
    5. If your system has cards (SCSI) small computer system interface, contact the card manufacturer for updated Windows drivers. Try to disable sync negotiation in the SCSI BIOS, check the wiring and the SCSI ID of each device and confirming the proper termination.
    6. For devices (IDE) peripheral electronic integrated, set the built-in as only primary IDE port. Also, check each IDE device to the right setting master/slave/stand alone. Try to remove all IDE devices except for the hard drives.

If the message appears during installation of Windows, make sure that the computer and installed devices are listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.

    Comments

Before upgrading to a new version of Windows, remove all third-party device drivers and system services and disable any antivirus. Contact software manufacturers for updates of these third-party tools.

that can be done for a laptop is reinstall the memory and clear the vents. Make sure the BIOS.
low level chipset drivers and key device drivers are all up to date by check manually to the
    manufacturer websites.

Bluescreens many are caused by the BIOS, drivers from the chipset level low and other main device drivers
that are not the latest, even if the computer is new. Manually check for updates
using the methods of updates as indicated in the resolution of the above issues and/or methods
    below (which are the same).

    BCCode: 1st 0x0000001E

    Cause

It is a very common bug control. To interpret it, you must identify which exception has been generated.

    Common exception codes include:

    • 0 X 80000002: STATUS_DATATYPE_MISALIGNMENT

An unaligned data reference was encountered.

    • 0 X 80000003: STATUS_BREAKPOINT

A breakpoint or ASSERTION was met when no kernel debugger was attached to the system.

    • 0XC0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION

A memory access violation has occurred. (Parameter 4, verification of bug is the address to which the driver attempted to access.)

For a complete list of exception codes, see the ntstatus.h file located in the directoryInc. of the Windows Driver Kit.

    Resolution

If you do not have to debug this problem, you must use certain basic troubleshooting techniques. If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video cards. Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS. Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.

If you plan to debug this problem, you find it difficult to get a stack trace. Parameter 2 (the address of the exception) should identify the driver or function that caused the problem.

If the exception code 0 x 80000003 occurs, this indicates that a breakpoint coded hard or assertion was hit, but the system was launched with the/nodebug. switch. This problem should occur infrequently. If it occurs repeatedly, make sure a kernel debugger is connected and the system is booted with theSwitch/DEBUG .

In case of exception code 0 x 80000002, the trap frame will provide additional information.

If you don't know the specific cause of the exception, the following should be considered:

Hardware incompatibility. First of all, make sure that all new equipment installed is listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.

Service system or driver faulty device. In addition, a chauffeur service or defective peripheral system could be responsible for this error. The hardware problems, such as BIOS incompatibilities, conflicts of memory and IRQ conflicts can also generate this error.

If a driver is listed by name in the bug check message, disable or remove that driver. Disable or remove drivers or services that have been recently added. If the error occurs during the startup sequence and the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or to delete the faulty driver. If the driver is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file.

If the problem is associated with Win32k.sys, the source of the error may be a third-party remote control program. If this software is installed, the service may be removed by the system startup by using the Recovery Console and by removing the offending system service file.

Check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help determine the device or driver responsible for control of bug 0x1E. Disable the cache in the BIOS memory could also resolve the error. You must also run hardware diagnostics, especially the scanner memory, provided by the manufacturer of the system. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.

The error that generates this message may occur after the first reboot during Windows Setup, or after installation is complete. A possible cause of the error is incompatibility of the system BIOS. BIOS problems can be solved by upgrading the version of the system BIOS.

  • Several uncontrollable opening windows

When you use Windows 7, I'll click and all of a sudden several windows will start appearing out of control. It's as if my mouse is clicking several times on the same link over and over again. This happens with Google Chrome (the dialogue 'Download' or the 'open' dialog box is displayed) or even on the desktop (which appear several windows of the windows Explorer). I even had this happen with the app "sticky." I also happen with MS Word (2010 Beta), and IE Explorer (64-bit). No error message is displayed. I assumed a driver conflict and tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for my MS Wireless Optical Mouse (2.0) and MS Wireless Keyboard 3000, but nothing has changed. I'm running Windows 7 on a HP Dv8t (laptop).

Here's a suggestion based on an experience of time. I had the same problem on a laptop computer years ago. I wish that I was sure that whoever fixed it, but I recall it was the pilot who had recently been updated, if perhaps it had to do with power management. Frustrating, hang in there, you just have to eliminate one thing at a time and always backward and start bases (no guessing) it's good troubleshooting practrice.

  • The research of several files on several disks in Windows 7

I recently migrated to Windows 7 computers at home and work after more than use of 25 Windows XPpro and its predecessors.

One of the features of the older operating systems have been their ability to find several types of files across several disks/sites in the defined date ranges if necessary. All I had to do was to separate the file types and locations by semicolons in the cells of respective request. For example, I could pick up Lotus spreadsheets - *. * WK; *.123; * .bak - in D:\my files; W:\My backup\my files and list them all in, say, date order.

The system was not perfect: each cell research had a limit of 256 characters, but it was infinitely more powerful that the only research institution found in W7.

Has the option of looking old really gone the way of all good things, or I'm looking in the wrong places?

The old search option is really happening

Yes, it has. Your query is possible, but it is clumsy and slow, and I wouldn't trust the results. For stuff like this, I use Agent Ransack free: http://www.mythicsoft.com/page.aspx?type=agentransack&page=home.

  • Delete several contacts in Windows 8 people.

I have several of my contacts in Windows 8 people, most of which I can't delete or merge? Can anyone tell how to store it?

Thanks, I think that I fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

  • Connect under several accounts with Windows view customer

I need to be able to hold several sessions of view from a Windows machine. I have a user that connects so that new users to configure their profile. She must be able to keep his show logged in while she connects under the second account. I can open a second session of the view, but he always uses the same credentials. I need to be able to open the customer to see twice using different credentials. Is this possible?

Not supported: you can run ' wswc - standalone "to get a new customer to launch and no not just to refocus the original instance.

  • How can I create several pop-up windows or tooltips on a single image?

I have a card with several points on this subject and I would like to create pop up windows or tooltips on items to view details. The swap image works, but it takes too long to load. I'm looking for something that works faster and is easier to use.
