  Hello, I use a form with several boxes. The boxes work well when applying rawValue.

  The question I have is if a checkbox is disabled.

  This happens when my client is making a mistake by clicking on the wrong box.

  How can I add the following functions? :

  Why don't simply do you some if sentences that involve all the possibilities?

  Then you can put the script on each event 'change' of checkboxes.

  (Of work but I think that you have already invested less.)

  Edit: looked once more to your script. The domain that generate you the scripting has a few ' # ' in its name. If the fields you the script to have too much in their name and you just demolished it it won't work. Or they will work if you simply let them.

  If they have the only solution is to rename the subforms etc.

  sometimes FF 6/7 shows a VERY strange behavior:
  While 'normal' things on Web sites (click on the links, edit text, scrolling, evolution of the tabs boxes) FF starts to ignore my simple clicks. The only way to work is with double-click instead of single-click (i.e. for links, enter a SBO, switch tabs, even to open a menu of Firefox) for all actions.

  I have disabled all addons and enabled/tested one by one... it was, apparently, the add-on "Multi links 3.0.0.16" was the problem.

  I replaced it with "Snap Links 2.1.1" (installed, but not yet tried a new), and less than a week daily work of 10-12 I never got this bug again.

  I don't seem to be able to insert a hyperlink in an area of text to an html page or to another demonstration. The only time where I see this option is the Action of slide properties section. This is not what I want. I have a slide I want to link to demos and other html pages. All my updates are underway. Can you help me?

  The option is available in the latest versions. When I looked in the help, that's what I've seen but don't see that symbol in my version of Captivate. Is there a work around?

  

  No hyperlink in this old version. You must create yourself, put a box click the text you want to use as a hyperlink and use the action of the success of this click box to point to what you want.

• List of links all will put a link in a different text box. What is too much horse individual links?

  It seems that you have applied a hyperlink for the text block to point to http://bibliodyssey.blogspot.in/. If this is the case, select the block of text in Design view and remove the link as shown in the screenshot below.

• Several words in question entry text box.

  Here's my situation:

  In a slide, I have 4 TEBs and 1 button send. Answer exact TEBs is Double action. The problem is when I test the page in HTML5, the Double-action response is wrong. But if I type in "Double action" (with the quotes), it's okay.

  There is no problem with the other TEBs because they are all one word. I understand that captivate automatically add quotation marks to several words to keep the spaces between words. But when I check the javascript file after the publication, the thing was written as (action \'"Double' \" "). The------' because of the quotes to be included as the answer as well.

  Right now my only solution is to manually remove the quotes in the javascript file after the publication in HTML format. I wish to have a better solution for this. Help, please.

• Link several text boxes to the same variable

  I make labels in Illustrator and want to automate the process somewhat by using variables. I have places date 4 on labels and would rather just change a variable 4.

  Is it possible to create 1 variable and link several text boxes to this variable?

  I tried selecting the boxes and pressing "making dynamic text." This creates several variables that appear to be linked – if I change the name of one, the name of any changes to variables.

  However, if I save variable library and try to change the value of the variable, I get a "the incoming variable library is invalid" error when I try to load it back in. This happens if each variable is bound to a single text box.

  Any ideas on how to make this work?

  Nope. You will need four variables, unless the design lends itself to a direct effect, such as the transformation of the copies. The symbols are not an answer: a text object linked as a variable cannot be stored as a symbol and still working its variable behavior.

• Several problems with embedded DHTML menu text boxes, drop-down

  We have recently improved HR 10 HR 2015.  We know a menu dhtml drop-down text question existed prior to the upgrade and the upgrade did not fix it.  We now have a more serious problem.  We are not certain that all started with the upgrade, but we detected it after you convert our projects to HR 2015 and republish them.  I list both here in case they are connected.

  The problem known: styles of multilevel list to the level of the main topic and within the text box drop-down dhtml to first level.  However, if we add a drop-down list box text in a drop-down text box and apply a list style at several levels to the text in the drop-down text embedded dhtml, the topic seems in good shape on the Design tab, but loses the line numbers or bullets in the preview and in the published version.  No idea what would cause the list not to display properly or how to get the multilevel list styles to work in this situation?  (Yes, we know we can use styles list rather than multilevel list styles, but it is problematic, too)

  

  The novelty is that, when content is published and read in IE or Chrome (the two major browsers use customers), the drop-down text link embedded dhtml is always present, but the text in the drop-down list embedded dhtml has disappeared (for example, nothing happens when you click on the link to open the text box).  It works in preview, but not when accessed through a browser (or access to the content of webhelp after publication to a server directly from my local computer).  Any ideas on how to get it to display?  The net result for our users, is that a substantial PART of the content of the assistance amount is now more accessible.

  Here are a few things that I would consider trying.

  First, click on Tools > update DHTML and let it do its thing.

  

  A test to see if something has changed. If so, great!

  If the problem persists, open one of the samples project. Click here to see a video on how to do

  Find and copy a file called ehlpdhtm.js and return to your project and paste this file into so that it replaces the one that is there.

  Then see if things are better.

• I have a few groups of troubled spacing of text boxes. Someone at - it automated a way to distribute the space between groups of two text boxes?

  I need to distribute these evenly text boxes towards the bottom of my page. It's a bit of pain to do manually. Since there are other objects on the page, spacing guidelines to throw out of whack. My safest way is to create a box, line it up at the bottom of the first group and the top of the other. Then repeat all the way to the bottom of the page.

  I thought to use a text box, but it was rejected. I need to have content pulled from other parts of the site. That is not possible with the single text box. In addition, it is easier to format individual text to text box.

  Yes, which makes it difficult. The only way I can see to get around it is to temporarily remove the 100% width, so you can group objects, and then come back them once you have changed the spacing.

  Why some text boxes seem to have a minimum size (sometimes) and cannot be resized to fit the text content?

• Japanese fonts are cut by pix 2 or 3 on each text box, among other...

  I was really hoping that this issue would be resolved with Captivate 4, but no luck.  I'm working on a Japanese English PC inputing through an IME, and each unique text box has problems.  Or fonts are cut on the top by 2 or 3 pixels, otherwise they swell in somewhere between a normal font and a bold font.  Not a single text box will make what it looks like in Captivate before I saw it.  Everything looks wonderful in Captivate, but no matter how I saw or make, it's just awful.

  First of all, I assume you mean legends of text here?

  Assuming I'm reading correctly, I wonder if you tried to set the margins for the legend type you are using. For example, if you use the type of legend blue Adobe, when we look at where Captivate has been installed

  (for me on my own PC for Captivate 4, I look here):

  D:\Program Adobe Captivate 4\Gallery\Captions)

  You should see the files ending with .fcm.

  For the type of blue legend Adobe, find you five of them:

  

  If you change each and adjust the margin values. Then create a new project and use the legend type Blue Adobe. See if that makes a difference in the appearance of the font. I am not sure, it will be, but it can't hurt to try. Who knows, it may just solve the problem.
