  Wouldn't be quite free to work on the project on a PC and then save it and open it on another?

  It should work, if you save the project on a single system and open on the other, but its always a good idea to store the assets and all the files on your local disk, that would give you better performance.

  Launched first CC couple (the same machine that I use to work with for a few months) ago and suddenly it crashes whenever I try to open a project, or create a new.

  There is no function for this in Premiere Pro.  I suggest that you keep a journal project or in a spreadsheet, database, file, Notepad or Wordpad or a helping hand written one.

  a friend of mine has hearing 3 incl. Ozone Plugins, there are exactly the same installation on a second computer in his "Home Studio".

  My question now is... If I want to work on a project about two different points, how can I export/import the thing during the project?

  Maybe record US 3 tracks instruments in the Home Studio and want to record vocals in the other place...

  I want to just make sure I'm really export and import THE WHOLE THING, including the effects that I did always and so on, so I can continue to work on the other place.

  So, assuming you have a removable hard drive or any other method to transfer all files between two computers...

  If you create a folder specially for this project, then save your session with the "save the session with copies of all associated files" checked, the removable drive should have the details of the session more all your clips and tracks.  To do this, you will need to both be on AA3 and because the hearing is not designed for multiple users, you will need to be methodical in your workflow to ensure to keep track of the most recent versions.
