  The release of a new file system has nothing to do with your applications, so they will still work correctly if you start to use it (even if you need to check that your applications are supported whenever you upgrade OS X)

  I have pictures stored in the accounts/1000/removable/sdcard/camera, but I can't find anywhere on my camera, I can see it using the app file manager with bb10, under ' Media Card/camera ' and the filepicker may also be seen, but I can't open a file residing in the path: for example accounts/1000/removable/sdcard/camera/img0000123.jpg.  I also tried to find it by using the "Target File System Navigator" momentics, I can't seem to find the sd card media anywhere there either... I took a quick glance to access to the file for docs apps system at: https://developer.blackberry.com/cascades/documentation/device_platform/filesystem/

  and there, I see no reference to my sdcard/media...

  IF someone could help me it would be greatly appreciacted...  Thank you

  The working directory (also known as the current directory) for an application is the folder above the data / folder, which is/accounts/1000/appdata/yourappidhere for applications in the personal area.

  In this folder are a number of actual files and symbolic links to other folders. A shared symbolic links / if you can use it to search the shared folder on the device, as you do here.

  There is no symbolic links for removable file systems...

  You must use the full path to access. Note that they have another symbolic link upwards in the root folder, specifically the /sdcard2, that points to the SD card, but I don't know if that has supported (documented and supposed to exist in the future).

• Can't access file system host (MAC) shared in VMware vCenter Converter Standalone Client when wanting to create a VMware image (Windows 7 in Parallels virtual machine running on a MAC) for the option of machine Powered On.

  File HOST (Mac) system is currently shared in the Parallels virtual machine and is accessible through Windows Explorer and works correctly in the Virtual Machine environment, however, after installing vCenter Converter application on the Windows virtual machine these shared folders are not accessible from the conversion tool in the selection of the target destination of the file VMware (s). I can't select an existing folder on drive "C:" to write the image so that there is not enough space available for the VMware image and it must be written in a different file system, while the image is being created.

  Anyone know a way around it to show the target to write the image on the host (MAC OS) file system or is it a bug?

  Thanks for the reply.  It seems that the maps are not displayed if they were created as actions by the hosts.  When I created a mapping directly from Windows, then this mapping appeared and the conversion worked fine.

• Deleted application R12.1.3 file system

  Hello

  In one of our development R12.1.3 (db 11.2.0.3) instance system of application files were accidentally deleted. Please help us raise the EBS instance.

  1. we have a backup taken on 27 October (the two databases and application)

  2. we took 8/10 patches during this period and the couple of rounds of testing.

  3. system application files has been deleted accidentally 4 Nov. No problem on the database node.

  I want to continue to use the same database and the old system of application files.

  Is it possible! (as we applied the fixes in this period)

  Please share your ideas, if that's possible!

• LCM - artifact of import to the file system without using a source application

  I would like to ask if I can import the objects in the file system in SSP without the source application, I have the source file: XML (which contains the resources folder: configuration, type of plan, artifacts global relational "Data.xml") and record information: registration, sourceinfo.xml) which was taken from an application that no longer exists!

  Well, I believe that what could be the problem.  In order to access to the / shared the location of the folder, your application should allow the permission to do so.  This can be done by adding the following to your config.xml file:

  Have you from the correct env file before running FNDCPASS? See (Doc ID 943005.1) for more details.

  If it comes to 12.1.x on Linux OS, please make sure that you follow all the steps by (Doc ID 761564.1) / (Doc ID 761566.1) and you have all applied pre - req OS packages.

• Rescue and Recovery backup not file system - without error message

  I use, since 1985 the first IBM, Lenovo then. I was very happy, my next Lenovo will be bought next spring.

  But I'm just very disappointed. Daily tracks of rescue and recovery on the local disk, which later are copied to a backup drive.

  The program has never shown an error on the screen and still run perfectly-, I thought!

  A few days ago, I got a Windows error for the first time. There are a lot of missing files.
  I restored the system on the R & R and reboted. But cannot start.
  With a boot disk, I booted the system and could now see that all the Windows directory was empty!

  Unfortunately, I can not in R & R files see what files and directories contain a backup? Or can you?

  Question 1:

  Then I started to investigate on what had happened. In c:-Library SWSHARE I found some files that I see is connected to R & R.
  In the engine.log file, I see R & R has written a large number of error lines, of which a part is reproduced below. File dates to 2011 and there are errors all the way

  Question 2:
  Why the program not onscreen when R & R run display errors, so that the user knows there are errors?

  Now I'm sitting at the bottom with a long nose, after 2 days and nights, trying to find a solution and restored the system several times and do not know how the file system works will come back on my PC so normally again.

  Be more happy if someone can tell me how to solve this problem.

  If the main application node is on the database layer node you should always run quick installation on the nodes of level secondary application, but when you run a quick installation on the database node (where the main application node is installed), you select 'Create a new configuration file' (NOT load the configuration file).

  OCFS is a clustered file system. You do not use it for operating system partitions (for example / opt) but only for the file systems that will be shared between servers in a RAC cluster to contain database files.

  You install RAC? If so, ASM is a better option than OCFS. If this isn't the case, then you have really not OCFS.

  We use the APEX 3.2 with Oracle 10 g and Oracle HTTP Server.
  I know there are two ways to include custom javascript source files in an application:
  1) download as a static file to the workspace or the application and refer using the # #WORKSPACE_IMAGES tag # or #APP_IMAGES.
  (2) put on the Web server as a file on the file system under the images directory and refer using the #IMAGE_PREFIX tag #.
  
  Are there advantages of performace (caching perhaps?) to use one method over the other?

  However I have noticed significant storage performance benefits in the file system, it is much faster (there no round-trip to the database to retrieve them.). It also means that they can be shared with other non-apex applications, easily. It is also independent, app/workspace

  How I organize it is to have a base directory for recording things like the external libraries (ExtJS, jQuery, etc.) you want shared on a global scale. They are saved by the ie version.

  /Custom/core/ExtJS/2.3.0
  /Custom/core/ExtJS/3.0.0

  Then I create a substitution at the level of the application than the cards called /custom/cor/extjs/2.3.0 to & EXTJS. then I can change the full version at the application level and without having to modify the templates whenevr a different version is necessary. It goes the same for levels theme files and work space. If my file structure has these levels.

  core/custom /.
  space of work/custom /.
  /Custom/workspace/.../application
  /Custom/workspace/.../theme
  /Custom/workspace/.../application/.../theme

  Once again, everything that he mapped with chains of substitution to make reference and path of change more easily.
