You can not install XP from a Win7 boot - boot from the XP CD, and then install XP reformat the partition Win 7.

I recently installed a video game (The Witcher) to my computer that has also installed drivers Tages (some anti-piracy software). I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. The TCtrlIOHook.exe belongs to the TOSHIBA Hotkey Utility control.

So I did check for solutions online and downloaded, the update for windows 7 64-bit thing. I went here

Once you have run that downloaded the software, you should not need the CD. This download replaces.

The question could arise due to lack of permissions due to the remains of some program in the uninstalled registry before. To further diagnose the problem, I would suggest trying the following methods and check if the problem persists.
Run the next fixit and check if the remains of any previously uninstalled security software is deleted.
Give all the permissions on your user account and check if it helps.
