Its driving me crazy, so any help would be great. Thank you

Neil

You can share online via Folio Producer folios. Select the folio in Folio Producer, and then click on share. Those that you shared the folio with can log on to the Adobe Content Viewer and review the folios.

  • The sharing of the folios by Distribution service?

I need to share a folio with a number of employees. It wasn't a problem last week, but this week it seems folios with HTMLResources.zip added files will not be donwload in the content servers Acrobat Viewer and display error message, shortly after the free folio is run to download. To work around this problem I simply published via the distribution service, initially fixed in private and I managed to download all (and without belt) without any problem.  Is it possible to get a copy of distribution of the folio to other peoples content viewers without having to connect to everyone than me?

The resources.zip of html is a bug we are working on fixing.

Private Edition requires that the log of the user with the same credentials as the person who posted. Thus, no... There is no way to share without distributing the identification information.

  • I've updated today on Adobe Indesign CC 2015, and now I am unable to see the folio tools in indesign, any help, thanks Graeme

I've updated today on Adobe Indesign CC 2015, and now I am unable to see the folio tools in Indesign, very urgent, Graeme Cheers

2015 inDesign only supports DPS 2015, not the earlier version of the DPS. To use DPS with the Folio Builder Panel, you must run 2014 CC InDesign, InDesign CC or InDesign CS6. You can run multiple versions of InDesign on the same machine.

  • How to share a folio on Indesign

I can't share my folio on Indesign? Any advice?

    Transferred to DPS forum.

The folio in the folio builder Panel, select and share. The person you are sharing with must have a verified Adobe ID and a device running the Adobe Content Viewer.

  • Source code of the folio?

    Hello

Is it possible to have access to the .folio source code? at this time I don't have to build the application, but it's just an indesign file, but my client asked me to get the Source code of the application for a security sweep. I create the app to have access to the source code?

    Thank you

No, you cannot have access to the source code in both directions. The source code is legally protected and is not shared to avoid misuse. We scan security while strengthening the app in the App Builder.

  • Sharing problem IPad folio

To test the feature sharing folio I went ahead and sent an email to any of my e mail accounts. If I open the link on my desktop browser appears, but if I try to open the link in an IPad using Safari I get error of unsupported browser. This part of the Adobe Apple feud?

But my goal is to share with someone who has an IPad, and from what I've read, I can do that too long that the person I share with a an Adobe ID and Adobe Content Viewer. So if I sent someone with credentials how wil they can see if they have an IPad that I could not (only through my office)

There are two different features of sharing in DPS, which can be a bit confusing. There is the sharing option in the Panel menu Folio Builder that allows you to share a folio with another user. There is also a social sharing feature that lets you share an article in a viewer customized through facebook, twitter or email. I assume you mean the sharing option.

Once you use the Share command to share a folio with someone else, that person must ensure that their email account is verified to work with DPS. The best way to do it is to connect to the dashboard (https://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com) and follow the instructions. When the recipient connects to the Folio Builder Panel in InDesign, they can see the shared folio and view it using the Office Viewer. If the recipient has an iPad, just to connect to the Adobe Content Viewer using their Adobe ID verified, and the shared folio appears.

  • I can locate a. Via the Folio Builder InDD file?

Hello world! With InDesign CS6, I created a presentation and shared with 6 people via the DPS and Adobe Content Viewer. Now I have an editing to do and results will not appear when I saw on the desktop or the iPad connected to the computer. I think that I may have the wrong file InDesign open since I created different versions while other troubleshooting problems (although I'm 99% sure that I have the right one open). Is there a way I can use the Folio to direct me to the InDesign file right? Just like the way the links palette tells me where a picture lives in my hard drive.

    Thank you!

I found what I'm looking for. In Folio Builder, go down to the display of the Article, click on the arrow in the drop-down list menu, choose repeat the link. This will give the path of the InDD file. Or in my case, since I renamed the InDD file, this confused the Folio Builder thinking that the file no longer exists. If the option repeat the link also allows me to the point of the Article on the appropriate file.

What is interesting is even if InDesign does not know where is the file to, it still retains the entire Folio.

  • Share a folio of the folio producer

    Hi, I write from Italy,

I created my first folio with InDesign 5.5 and I downloaded in my folio producer.

I shared a folio with a friend (IPAD2) but by clicking on on the link included in the email , Safari displays the message " Browser not supported " and my friend can not See the Folio with " " Adobe Content Viewer ."

    What is the problem ?

    Thank you

    Daniele

You can unshare with someone you shared with, but what they have on their iPad will stay there. There is no way to remove it from a distance.

  • Missing folio in Indesign CC 2014 overlay tool

Why have I not the Folio overlays on Indesign CC 2014 tool? Why not apply each recommended solution - 'Refresh' in 'HELP' in indesign is greyed out. I manually downloaded the upgrade of the tools DPS, but it settles not (error message telling me that my administrator - what is to me - it prevents? I cleared my cache. And I ran 'Software Update' 5 times in the last 20 hours and each time appears to run a codec apps? Please help me. I have an urgent job to complete and am outraged that this is the software I paid for to work for a Tablet, and yet the software does not support this. I uninstalled indesign cs5.5 and cs6. and uninstalled and reinstalled indesign cc 2014. Please help me!

Yes, it's exactly what you need to do. Delete this file and then the installation should work. The file, you must remove varies depending on what operating system you are on. See turn off auto-mises updated | Application manager | COMPUTER administrators, down near the bottom, for a list of locations.

Instead of just outright deleting the file, you can rename it to something else and get the same result. That way if you want to put the file for some reason, you can rename it right back to AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat.
