Shield of uninstall error 432 running

I got the answer to that and has done everything that has been listed, I still have problems to install games or as an internet download or on CD.

This error means uninstall executable is running and is in use. It is located in your Windows directory. It is uninst.exe or IsUninst.exe (according to the InstallShield product that was used to create the Installer). Restart the computer and make sure that no other application is running that will load this executable file in memory and then run the installation program
Once again. If it does not help then go to your task manager on your NT machine and see if the uninstall file has been loaded into memory. If then end that deal with and then run him again installation program.

Remove all instances of IsUninst.exe in the % systemroot % directory and run the Setup again.
