Should I cancel my U410

I ordered my U410 ultrabook 1 July, it is now July 16 and the estimated delivery date is July 26. In addition to this infuriating waiting time to get my machine before school starts, I find a LOT of posts on the problems on the U410, mainly the autonomy batteries which lasts 2 hours and horrible WiFi. I'm debating honestly or not cancel this U410 and simply never bother with Lenovo. This was my first purchase from Lenovo, and I don't know if I want to do my last or not.

Can I cancel my order or not?

If I could go back, knowing what I know now, I would not have ordered my computer from them. If you have problems with it, you want to know you had. While the product seems good, their service to the customer and customer relations are absolutely atrocious. They are full of half-truths and difficulties.
