  If this isn't a typo problem, then this is a keyboard problem. I recommend that do you this to make a simple password like 123456, then test for a while before you change it to something more complex.

  What is a POP3 account? If you go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Servers, you see the points where the password going? If so, you can see the password with that.

  If it is not an option, just call your service provider. They will know it is thew PW even you would use to check the messages on your ISP's Webmail site.
