Show/hide layers in PDF format on iOS

Hi - I ask it just to see if there is perhaps a more modern response: is theer any (links, buttons, javascript) to show/hide layers or any content on an iOS device? Thank you!

Hi patrickh20438662,

If you are referring to the option on the iOS device, then I am sorry that there is no available option to show or hide layers on iOS device.

Kind regards

Meenakshi

    Hey, I am having two problems with behavior show - hide layers in Dreamweaver and I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problems and has a solution.

    My test page is http://www.petermcphee.com/dreamweaver/popup-layer.html

    (1) what I would like is to show the layer when the link is hovered over, which works very well. However, I also want the layer remains visible when the mouse passes over the layer and disappear when the mouse leaves the layer.

    I googled for a while and found some tutorials that deal with show/hide layers, but they hide the layers once the mouse leaves the original link, not the layer.

    (2) in addition, the site I want to apply this behavior to a an auto centering wrapper, box, so I would layer to the right of the pop-up window under the link every time without converting them the entire site Absolute positioning. As it is now, the popup appears in different places depending on the width is my browser.

    Is this possible with the current functionality of DW?

    Thank you very much!

    Peter.

    When you view the layer, also show an underlying layer that contains a
    GIF image transparent who is the subject of more large/more grand than the layer 10px you
    See the property. Apply a layer of skin behavior to the GIF image which hides both the
    you have just showed and the underlying layer of the layers. Skin mouseout/mouseouthandler()
    the original trigger event. Who is?

  • Links that show/hide layers?

    Hi all

    I created a file in InDesign cs4 is pretty much a guide for users of my liveCicle form. I have a lot of layers in the file.

    I'm doing some links to pictures that are in its own layers. So when I export the file to PDF and click on some link, layer associated with this link appears. I tried to do this in acrobat 9 pro. I created links, but the problem is that the links in the work of the non visible layers behind the stage when I fly over.

    Is there a way to set the layer visibility in inDesign CS4?

    Thanks in advance

    Not you can´t toggle layer visibility with buttons in indesign. You must finish in Acrobat...

    Only way to make something appear or disappear in ID is to use show/hide the action buttons...

    You can convert these images you want to show and hide buttons. Then you can create a different buttons to show or hide.

    If you export to PDF format, default state of a button can be hidden...

  • File size would be much more image hidden in PDF format. [iOS]

    When I use covert photo to the format converted PDF and the PDF file size then become much bigger. The original image file size is 2 MB, but become 5.2 MB PDF file size. I use iPhone6.

    However when I am using funds acrobat to convert the same image and PDF file sizw almost the same as the original image file size.

    Hi Brian,.

    I created a bug for this issue report.  We will try to address the issue in a future version of Acrobat DC for iOS.

    In the meantime, would you use the web interface to convert your photos into PDF files?

    1. Open Safari on your iPhone.
    2. Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com
    3. Sign in with your Adobe ID
    4. Select the create a PDF file.
    5. Press "select files to convert to PDF.
    6. Tap "choose the files on my computer".
    7. Select the photos that you want to convert.
    8. Tap done.

    The converted PDF documents will be stored in the cloud of Document.

    Please consult the following document to change the location of the file to cloud Document in Acrobat DC for iOS.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.  Hope the option to create a PDF file via the web interface is a possible workaround for you.

  • show/hide layers related

    In webdev, it is not unusual design involves multiple variations like "pages, where for the most part, header and footer remains the same so that the changes in its 'content' (the page itself). And then simulate a navigation through hiding and showing of each respective case 'page '. Where also here the site as "navigation" menu is changing.

    It is a bit frustrating to have to create a lot of folders menu duplicated and place'em under each 'page' just to represent this links selected for this purpose. And then if you for the redesign of this menu, you spread it across multiple folder locations.

    I think I can hide/show layers related in a blink of an eye with a click would be nice to have and would allow you a more simplified working while recasting of related parties.

    Some toughts about this or workarounds? I'm happy to hear.

    Are you familiar with layers?

    And then if you for the redesign of this menu, you spread it across multiple folder locations.

    Please try to use dynamic objects.

  • Show hide layers works under IE, but only 'shows' all other div in Mozilla

    Has anyone else encountered this problem?

    I use PHP/MySQL/Javascript/CSS with Dreamweaver & ADDT Dreamweaver.

    What I do:

    Create a set with one hand, a card google and 9 photo thumbnails all which, once clicked raise their own div. hidden in IE, Safari and Google Chrome, it works very well. INE Mozilla and Netscape only every other div will appear.

    The code for two of the elements:

    CSS:

    {#photo_main}
    position: absolute;
    left: 11px;
    top: 287px;
    Width: 568px;
    height: 25px;
    z index: 13;
    visibility: hidden;
    }

    {#photo_1}
    position: absolute;
    left: 11px;

    In this example, photo_main will not work, but picture_1 will work. Any thoughts?

    Initially, I had the onclick event in an anchor tag. push the browser to the top of the page. still disrupts the flow of the page. I didn't want the page jumps all the time, so I removed the .  I didn't know I could use a tag without the href part - now that I know, I removed the onclick of the image tag.

    I didn't do it the way you did or the other.  The upper part of the page thing is easily fixed in one of two ways:

    1. the use

    2. use a false return on the link, for example,

    Either people would be much more suitable for this use, in my opinion.

    I found the solution to my problem, I do not know why - if I remove all the comments I got me - it works fine.

    Good point.  The reason why remove your comments worked, is that all your comments are poorly trained.  You can't do an HTML comment like this-

    It must instead be like this-
