Simulator 2.0 - unable to connect
Hello
has just installed Simulator 2.0.0.7109 on MAC, and no matter what I can't connect. Don't see an IP in-> network. The old Simulator always shows IP, even if WiFi is disabled.
It must be something very obvious I'm missing here... Please hint.

There should be an icon on the top of the image, right next to the date and time. Shows the Mode of development and IP here.

I run MDS firstly, it seems well, window is open. But when I run the Simulator, in my case 8300. I get error when you try to access any web resource: unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later.

Had, it works with the help of Michael on StackOverflow.
On Win7.
(1) uninstalled java and things bb.
(2) fresh installed JDK 6 with the SDK
(3) path added to jdk/bin to the path environment variable
(4) downloaded Simulator runing 4.2 os No 4.5
(5) installed MDS and Simulator in folder BlackBarry under C: /, runing administrator installation
(6) powershell started as an administrator
(7) sailed to MDS folder via powershell run.bat and executed
8) sailed to BB Simulator via powershell folder and run 8300.bat (downloaded 8300 simulator)

First of all, let me say that I am a newbie with BlackBerry and simulators.
I just downloaded 9630_Verizon and 9630_Sprint simulators as well as the MDS Simulator package. I start the MDS Simulator and the DOS window opens and seems to work very well. I start be 9630 simulators and while it seems to work, when I click on the button of the browser and try to go to any web page, I get:
Unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later.
The version of the 9630 Simulator is 2.12.0.47
The MDS Simulator version is ' SCM 4.1.4.19 19 2007/07/10»
I can connect to the MDS Simulator using my browser of desktop connection to localhost: 8080. Statistics show all values of zero, so it seems that the 9630 is not yet connect to the Simulator. Is there a configuration file somewhere that I have to change to make it work?
After that I posted this, I continued to search the forums of possible solutions. One recommendation, I found was to delete the files ".dmp" and restart the device Simulator. That did the trick, things work now.

I downloaded Blackberry email and MDS Services 4.1.4 and the Blackberry 9630 Simulator Simulator. I'm testing a blackberry asp.net application I have running on a test server using the blackberry Simulator.
I have windows XP box. When I try to run the SDM Service, it runs without error, but acquire it on the site - http://www.blackberry.com/go/mobile - error saying above message - unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later. How can I solve this problem, I tried to use full qualified names in the config file.
Any ideas?

When you use the BlackBerry 9630 Smartphone Simulator, you may need to change its default connection settings in order to provide network connectivity. The reason why because the 9630, being a world phone, supports different types of network technologies and a configuration change may be needed to make it work with the MDS Simulator - CS.
1. from the home screen, click the 'manage connections '.
2. a popup window opens, select "Mobile Network Options '.
3. in the options screen, ensure that the following field values are defined:
- Data services = 'On '.
- Network selection mode = "auto".
- Technology network = "1XEV".
4. close the 'mobile network options' screen to save the changes
9630 smartphone Simulator should now have network connectivity.

Unable to connect to app store after iOS iphone 10 6 update
Hello
Since the upgrade to IOS 10 my iPhone 6 with stubbornly refuses to connect to the App store. The error message is "unable to connect to the app store, try again."
The phone is connected to the internet (I can surf and send emails) by wifi. Turn off the wifi and the use of mobile (cellular) only link cause the same error. I also did a reboot hot and cold, without result.
Any suggestions?

ANSWER: this theme has the best 3 options. In my case, I had to sign out and in the app store of settings, iTunes and app store. Fixed

Unable to connect on the Messages or FaceTime after upgrading to Sierra
Good afternoon! After upgrading my MacBook Pro (13-inch, mid 2010) to macOS Sierra (10.12.), I am unable to connect to Messages or FaceTime. They worked fine before the upgrade.
- Messages: After entering my Apple ID and password, I get the message "Could not sign in iMessage." "Could not sign. Please check your network connection and try again. "or"an error has occurred during authentication. "My network is connected to the network (where this message), and the password is correct. Also, I have generated a password app specific to Messages. Enter just grew the message "your Apple ID or the password is incorrect." Messages is works well with my Google Talk and AIM accounts.
- FaceTime: After entering my Apple ID and password, the engine just turns and it never connects me. Similarly, I have generated a password app specific but use it just gets the message, "your Apple ID or the password is incorrect."
No idea how I can regain access to these applications? Thank you!
Reached out to the Twitter account of Apple Support. He proposed to restart. It worked.

Hey guys.
OK not sure if anyone else has this problem, but I can't connect to my Airport Extreme update IOS 10 my wife is.
We all have two iPhone 6 and 64 gb & update at the same time.
We have an ac 802.11 Airport extreme also an extreme dual band of airport & an express airport which none of us can connect to.
We can connect to the Home Hub 6 provided by our service provider broadband with no problems but it is only in a part of the House that we are unable to connect to my office or at the back of the House.
Tried resetting the network settings on the phone thought I might ask before having to try to reset back to factory settings base stations.

FWIW, I upgraded my iPhone SE 5 and Pro iPad to iOS 10 as well, but knows me not any problems connecting to one of my base station AirPort to Wi - Fi.
Or the other of your iPhones must all problems connecting to other networks in addition to the Home Hub Wi - Fi? In other words, are they only having problems connecting to your AirPort base station? If Yes, do you have someone nearby who also has an AirPort wireless network that you should check your iPhones with?
In the meantime, let's take a look at the current configuration of your network. We know that you, at least, three airport base stations. What is the exact models of non - 802.11ac extreme and Express?
These base stations are all linked back to the Home Hub with Ethernet they are all configured for a mobile network?

Tried to restart App Store and phone. changed the password and recorded out and back in but still unable to connect. We will, get apps but when I try and download it keeps asking for the password and say that it can not connect. Someone at - it advice?

Please ask for assistance with the App Store here in Apple Support communities. I understand how it is important to be able to download my new or existing applications on the App Store. Please try these things to see if we can get this to work for you as expected!
The first thing we want to make sure is that all your data is safe. You can perform a backup to iCloud or iTunes. Use this article to help with this: backing up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Once you have your backup, please go to appleid.apple.com on your computer or via a web browser. Log in with the Apple ID you are trying to connect to the App Store with. If it connects, take note of the Apple ID and password. Try the same information on the iPhone.
If this still does not work on the iPhone, please click Settings > Wi - Fi and turn Wi - Fi off. See if you can access the App Store on your cell data. If you can, it means that it some security on the wireless network that you are connected to that is blocking your connection. You won't be able to do this unless you use your cellular data or move you to a new wireless network.
If you are not able to access the App Store on cellular or wireless data, please open this help article: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch connects to a Wi-Fi network. Check the section still not 'connect?' and look at the instructions to reset the network settings. What this does is actually reset some of your default network settings. Since the 10 update on my iPhone iOS 6s; When I try to open the App Store or iTunes Store, it says "unable to connect". If I'm real quick when I open the App Store I can successfully hit a button update B4 I get the Error Message. It tries to open the iTunes store when I try; but without success. Everything works fine on our iPhone 5 s and my Mac.

I could not update or install applications for weeks, so I disconnected my Apple ID and rebooted the phone but now I can't reconnect! The error is: unable to connect to the iTunes Store. I should w8 for ios10 and hope that it will be fixed by the new ios? Cause don't want to reset my phone.

I have a Power Mac G3 (blue and white case), processor 400 MHz, 512 MB RAM, 120 GB HDD and currently running OS 9.2.2/OS X 10.4.11 and I am unable to connect to my user profile on OS X.
The problem started as a loop connection - I have entered my password only to be sent back to the login screen. Following the advice of another site, I deleted 'Preferences' of the user records and records of library system. The system now creates new folders, boots to the login screen, however to enter any letter on the keyboard results in the system locking up in a cursor tip / the "occupied" switches to the Rainbow ball and they're there - I can't do anything else but reset the system or put it to sleep with the power button
I've done everything I can think of to try and fix it - safe mode displays the same symptoms above, chatty start freezes with a bluescreen once started, fsck in single user mode says that the disk is ok, like the disk first aid under OS 9. I also tried to reconfigure the memory (one of the modules is problematic intermittently, but no problems do not appear with OS 9 (and have not been apparent in the past with OS X) when he's not working - I tried to remove all the modules problem but possible connection problem)
One thing I have not tried yet is to do a system repair / archive and install - my installation disc is an old version (10.4.1) which is currently installed - this would have an effect on the system in its current state with all my apps and folders present?
