Simulator controller can't find Simulator

I recently downloaded the software to begin to take a stab at programming for BB10 platform.

I downloaded the SDK from: http://developer.blackberry.com/cascades/download/

and it seems to work very well.

I downloaded the simulator of: http://developer.blackberry.com/devzone/develop/simulator/simulator_installing.html

and it doesn't seem to work properly.

I open the controller, choose connection-> Connect

I have no options for auto-discovery.  I hit refresh and still no simulators are located.

How can I get my controller to find and connect to my Simulator?

Thank you in advance.

Mathrin

Looks like I need to go back and run VMware as an admitn (start the BB Simulator which auto launches VMware does not work).

Everything is good now.

Hope this helps someone else in the future.
