  (1) what are the specific numbers of your applications to the studio & home? Last build is 2015.0.2, construction 9.0.2(4).

  (2) disconnect from your Cloud creative desktop app, then reconnect. Sometimes this resolves this issue. Give it a whirl...

  If 2) does not work, you may need to use the soft Cleaner CC Adobe to uninstall Desktop CC and PrPro and download & launch of office, then the application download & install PrPro & update.

I installed the adapter of Intel 2200BG correctly & wireless windows zero configuration "works" according to control panel/admin tools/services, but the Windows wireless configuration icon isn't there & free Toshiba config utility tells me to "change the wireless adapter", but neither the switch on the left side of the laptop or the function & F8 key makes no difference.

  I got probably a thousand or more PC, but I am baffled by this. Any suggestion would be appreciated gratefully.

  You are two possibilities to configure the WiFi network;
  (1) you can use the clean windows zero configuration settings
  (2) you can use the Intel ProSet utility

  When you use the Intel Proset, you must turn off the clean windows zero configuration settings.
  You can do this in the network-> connection WLan network connections

  In the WLan network connection properties, you can enable the option called display the icon in the notification area when connected.
  This would enable the WLan icon in the taskbar.

  PS: What laptop do you have?

• after firefox updated to version 6.02, bookmarks, history and settings were missing. It looks like my old profile was replaced by a new vacuum.

  Windows 7 on a Dell desktop computer. Firefox updated to version 6.02 yeaterday. When I then opened it, I found nothing, nor the software let me restore backup bookmarks.

  One possible cause is a problem with the places.sqlite file that stores the bookmarks and history.

  Since the last update/installation of Firefox, is no longer allows navigation via typing in the address bar. Even if I type the whole address and press on enter or click on the "go to" arrow, nothing happens. I navigate to a website by Google it and following their clickable links.

  I am not n00b - clearly an error with the latest version, or an interaction/preset that gets in the way. I would appreciate ideas.
