  your phone must be connected to a power source to use Hey siri since you have an iphone 5.  Most recent iphone don't need to be plugged into a power source.

  SIri understands nothing. Hey Siri Activation is not possible. After the 10.0.02 it worked - after two days now this problem. But Siri works with a Bluetooth headset in my car. Turnded Siri works and restart (Power + Home) hard. Using the video and dictation - work so microphone between webcam iSight working.

  10 iOS update resets some parameters according to me.  It worked for me to go to Options - LTE data - cell - cell settings enable and toggle either 'Off' or 'Data Only'.  Texting non-Apple do not seem to work if "Voice & Data" is selected.
