  I have a Thinkpad T450s and I'm trying to update the BIOS version 1.19 to 1.20. I've created a live usb with the 'el tortio' - image extracted using linux "dd". Once I boot on the USB under Legacy-BIOS and select upgrade, it proceeds witht the error message "the process does not have this system. The process has been cancelled. "I have disabled the protection against theft, AMT (I think this is the option) and I'm sure that I use the correct .iso file from the downloads section. I don't have a Windows operating system installed, but I'm able to start in various linux distributions using Legacy and UEFI methods.

  I think I've fixed the problem, I formatted FAT16 USB drive and not in FAT32 and also when you use the geteltorito command, it is preferable to use the-o option rather than a redirection ">"syntax. " An article said that it is best to drop in a DOS command line using the USB boot, then run dosflash.exe from there, however, I could not edit the .bat file, but it is an option however.

  I hope this helps someone stuck in a similar situation.

  As to why the bike not turned in the box - I would say that most people do not use them. You may disagree, and perhaps it is regional. But looking around the United States and the European Union, most of the people with cell phones do not use wired headphones. And the few people I know that do, tend to buy a different brand of what is in the box.

  In the United States, you can get them in many stores for less then $10 for Motorola is saving most of us who do not use wired headphones. I have a set that runs in my backpack as a backup, but I always forget it's there and use the phone without it.

  I tried some of the solutions that offered you, but I think what was my problem was caused by the presence of the index on an external hard drive and when the computer has been restarted the drive letter of the USB drive was not the same.  If I remember well, it was a problem that I wasn't yet able to rebuild the index.

  I now have the index on my hard C at the level of the root drive.  I was about to point to the other half of a 16 GB flash drive which is also USB, but Windows Vista Home Premium does not only because it appears that are considered removable flash drives, but external USB drives are not presented in this category.

  Currently I have about 74 000 items indexed.

But if the search engine contains search values that are have been left blank in the field of database column, then the code search returns no results.   My iPhone doesn't come 5, after going to sleep, using the power button (my home button does not work). It will randomly start being sensitive, sometimes after 10 minutes, sometimes after a few hours.

  By trial and error, I realized that cool the phone seemed to work fairly regularly (but not 100%), but now this method no longer works.

  By reading your post I was stuck on hardware failure, perhaps the LCD screen or logic board and then you wrote this. Please you elaberate on what you mean by "it is as if I just hooked it up". Actually connect? Does it make the chimes as you he plugged in even if you don't have?

  I use a Satellite Pro S500-139 and am having problems with my F9 key. When I tap my palm touches the mouse and send the cursor somewhere else on the page. I reinstalled the ALPS pointing device and now have access to the Advanced setting that I was not able to get.

  Although I can set the sensitivity etc. I would really be able to use the shortcut to disable the mouse momentarily while typing. My keyboard shows that, if I press fn and F9 the i should be able to disable the mouse but the function does not work. F9 all other functions seem to work.

  Do you know if there is a solution to this?

  I am running windows 7 pro 32-bit service pack 1.

  What you can try is to reinstall extra package from Toshiba.

  I need to identify the IDS that have a number that produces a hyphen. INSTR (opportunity ID,'-', 1, 1) calculation identifies the location of the hyphen for most of ID. However, it does not recognize the hyphen in some. Identifiers that have hyphens that are not recognized, I know that the hyphen is counted as a character because Discover include the hyphen when I use a calculation of LENGTH on the field service ID.

  INSTR (field ID,'-', 1, 1) calculation for ID 3 - XXXXX1 = 2; but for ID 3 - XXXXX2 = 0.
  Calculations of LENGTH (ID field) for the two ID = 8.

  Hello

  I suspect that the character is not hyphenated, but hyphenated "windows". If the text was cut and paste from a windows like word or excel application, then it will probably contain the hyphen of windows which is a different character.

  You can use the lengthB function to check if there are 2-byte characters or use the dump function to watch the ascii characters in the field.
