  • Size of the file too big for the destination

    I made a video 9.50 GB as indicated by the display of 'properties' of Windows 7.  When I tried to download it to a flash drive 16 GB, and also a 128 GB flash drive, I got an error message that the file was too big for the destination.

    How can I solve this?

    If your flash drives have been formatted using FAT32, the maximum file size is 4 GB.  Format the disks using NTFS or exFAT.

  • size of the file for video on the web

    Hello world

    I exported just a 10-minute video using the H.264 format and preset YouTube HD 720, but the size of the file ends up being about 611 MB.

    I lowered the bitrate, and then I got the file size down a little but not a lot. I was just wondering if this is what size usually is a 10 minute file or if I can reduce the size somehow, except using bitrate

    Would be very grateful for any advice.

    Thanks in advance

    You can also reduce the size of the image and/or reduce the pace.  The size of next standard frame down to 1280 x 720 is 960 x 540 and 640 x 360 after that.  In fact, fewer pixels produces a smaller file.  For all lower frame rates go, you could reduce it by half (so 29.97 FPS reduced to 15 fps and 24 fps to 12 frames per second); However, this affects the quality of movement, and the H264 is so effective that it is rare to reduce your frame rate, these days.

    Is too large because of your internet 611 MB upload?  Or do you need a smaller file to fit on 521MB USB Flash drives or some other limitations of storage?

  • When I save my RAW image edited to JPEG of the size of the file is very small? approximately 3 MB per image. How can I increase it?

    I'm not a user of the Canon system, so I'm not familiar with their cameras. But I googled your resolution and found a link.

    http://www.learn.USA.Canon.com/resources/articles/2011/eos_qt_small_raw_images_article.htm lp

    Apparently, you pull something Canon mRAW calls, which is a 10.5MP raw file designed for 4 K devices. In other words, you set your camera to produce small size raw files, less than half of a JPEG full size. Then you use Camera Raw to artificially enlarge these files in order to compensate by using a workflow setting widens. I hope that I don't need to explain the futility in this!

    You need to go back to your camera settings, consult the manual and find out how to produce full raw files standard size. This way you do not throw in detail and then the creation of extensions pixelated.

    In short, your camera settings are wrong to produce raw files full size. You are then enlarge the images of 2.4 times and that is why they have air c * p.

    You must change the setting of the camera RAW, and therefore you should not expand in Camera Raw.

  • Why the size of the files there so much CS5 for CC increase?

    I have created a lot of logo EPS files and noticed that the file size was much larger than usual. When compared using CS5 vs CC, I created a file, CC versions are much more important. I understand that the file size 'creep' is normal during the passage of a generation from one application to another, but this increase seems a bit excessive. Is there a preference I'm missing who would get the file size down to something more normal?

    I did a test comparing a file done with Illustrator CS5 with file done with Illustrator CC 2015 (v9.2.1). I have created a document in the blank letter format and does even not any work of art, and this was the result:

    File HAVE

    CS5 = 57 KB

    CC = 711 KB (an increase of 12.5 x)

    EPS file

    CS5 = 241 KB

    CC = 1.7 MB (a 7 x increase)

    Because these files are empty, most of the options that appear when save files does not really affect the size of the file, even if I DO NOT embed ICC profiles and ALWAYS uses Compression.

    The funny thing is, if I open the file AI CS5 and then re - save as a file HAVE CC, the file remains low on 58 KB. If I open the file EPS CS5 and re - save as an EPS CC file, single file size goes up to 828 KB, which is still much smaller than the EPS in CC file.

    The problem I have is that I create logo suites that are composed of many different logos files. I never had a problem with the size of the file before, but some of the files even create a ZIP file is to big to e-mail. Especially since some of my clients have a 10 MB limit on attachments to emails and some of their firewall prevent me from being able to use services like Dropbox.

    Did you run the button remove items unused Panel action? In fact, I modified this action to delete all the

    not used:

    brushes, graphics, tank Styles & sale, swatches, symbols

    and of course save compatible pdf power on and off.

    If you want to send a file (use any link ftp service such s dropbox, hightail), we could take a look at this.

  • Size of the file for DPS

    Hello

    I'm trying to compress the size of the file for DPS.

    I tried to resize to 1024 x 768 images before placing them in the file and I was wondering if it would make a difference?

    By example, if I place a picture of 3000 x 3000 pixels in the DPS document compresses it anyway?

    Kind regards

    Chris

    For all, but the overlays pan and zoom and pan images are down sampled at

    108 of PPIS for PDF folios. There is no real need to do anything in Photoshop.

    Simply place your image and your scale in InDesign.

  • How can I see the size of the file?

    How can I see the size of the file in LR CC? I can see the pixel size, I see millions of pixels (interested in MP?). To see the size of the file, I have to 'show in Finder '. That s annoying.

    Thanks in advance

    Bob Somrak says:

    I'm sorry that I have implied by using the 'Limit of the file size' option to export.  I never use (probably rarely) this option.  I wanted to suggest you to use the option of resizing and set the pixel dimensions to limit the size of the file and the quality level.

    Yes, I've never used 'File size limit' because I know better. IMHO, this is an Adobe option could remove and do more good than harm. We have seen many messages here from users who are confused when it doesn't do what they expect.

    Bob Somrak says:

    Too, I think it would be easy to implement the ability to see the size of the file in Lightroom but see no advantage.  It does not provide any information whatsoever on what the derived file size will be.

    It is of little interest to the 'original' camera files imported into LR. But it is useful to review export and "Change in the PS" files for all of the reason fotoroeder and I have just described.

    The bottom line is that it can't hurt and it can be made an option to preferences for "Advanced" users to eliminate the confusion." It goes same for IPR display and the color profile, which is very useful for managing the resized image files to be used with a program such as InDesign layout. I currently have to use Adobe Bridge for this purpose, but LR to create and organize the files of components. So it forces me to work inefficiently. It would be really beneficial if LR and InDesign could be integrated to work similar to the LR book module together... but that's just a dream.

  • In the use of space Audit why are my fonts such a large percentage of the total size of the file?

    In the use of space Audit why are my fonts such a large percentage of the total size of the file?

    4 MB of an interactive file 6 MB (71% of the total file size).

    I'm only using Verdana.

    In this case the problem is not one of the fields have the police other than Helvetica. All fields are buttons, and all use the Verdana font in their appearances (icons), as opposed to their labels (aka Legend). This is how InDesign works when it generates the appearance for the buttons. As a result, that Verdana is incorporated several times as a subset, more than 300 times, once by button. This includes a lot of overhead, so that you get the size of large file.

    It would be much smaller than that you need to add buttons in Acrobat, even if you've used Verdana. In this case, the entire police would get embedded, but only once. It would take more work, but the process can be automated, if you need to do this sort of thing a lot.
