  Hold down the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel. One way, it is

  This is a bug experienced with Photoshop CC2015 and the engineering team working on it.

  I have a HP Officejet 6500 all-in-one a and am running Win 7 on a desktop computer.
  I get a paper mismatch (type and paper size is incorrect) error message.
  The printer is not connected to the internet, but it is connected by a USB cable to the computer.
  I look at the instructions to make an internet connection and they were just too complicated. So I download the update of the firmware and ran to the computer. He would not go beyond the area of printer selection where no printers were found. Clicking Refresh has not helped.
  This update of the firmware seems to have solved the problem for some users, but I need to know how you install it.

  I think I solved the problem. I went to the website to download drivers, etc., and, rather than to specify the printer, I clicked the button to let HP identify it. It came with the correct name (see post) preceding. Then, I downloaded and installed the full feature software and driver. The first attempt to print from Excel led to the mistake of page size, but, on a whim, I tried twice and had two successful prints without error. Until further notice, I mark this as solved problem.

• Always about 3000 photos do not download to the icloud library. It has nothing different in size or the type of photo as the once that have been downloaded. Any ideas?

  I downloaded my library of images (30000) together in icloud. However, about 3000 of them just won't download. I checked and they are nothing in the size or format, like the rest of the photos. All Jpeg with normal file sizes.

  Try to identify the first photo that always must download and does not.  Most of your pictures will be perfectly okay, but a bad point could hide the progression. A video or a photo in a format not supported.

  Just came across this with a customer...

  I use for a mobile design project work plans, and I just got a screenshot with some texts asking why among work plans were really great. Way bigger than a phone. (I'm under NDA and cannot post the screenshot, but imagine there are a lot of iPhone size work plans and two of them seem to be at a right angle)

  I opened the file and on my end, everything is the right size. Remembering the weeks ago to tell the customer that they need to update their version of Photoshop for all this work correctly, I have take a look at the screenshot and see that they are on CC2014 - none of the work plans.

  What I'm asking here, is that, since we have data, plans of work are objects of a defined size and 'alive', why not just use these data to hide layer groups at the opening of the PSD / PSB (PSB in my case) in older versions of Photoshop?

  It could save you a TON of hassle and confusion.

  High level to your query response is: no, there is no conduct business case for a general solution to what you are suggesting. So I don't see what is happening.

  I say that as someone who likes to give back and forth and backward compatibility.

  There are two parts of the problem that you raise. They are related and somewhat intertwined.

  1. Having the version previous (2014) do something reasonable with the data from the version the most recent (2015). Either the old version should be taught on the most recent data so it can make a decision about what to do, or the newer version must put additional data in the file format for consumption by the older version.
  2. Back and forth between versions. As you say, a much more difficult problem. In fact, we do a good job of that today. But we must be sure that whatever we do for (1) not to damage and back the wrong way.

  Let's be very clear: 2014 will not be touched, except for critical bugs, absolutely. And even before 2015 is released, it would have not been corrected to make it behave better with work plans. There is no way that I could see what is happening. So all we have done for better backward compatibility had to be entirely done within 2015.

  For the round trip, the general problem is something like this: we want to 2014 to read an object that has properties of 2015, he does not understand. While we might learn ch to keep these properties as opaque property, must also have rules for when these properties are not valid and thrown on the floor. Probably, if the object is changed. But not always. And sometimes when another object parent is changed. And so on. Right now, we destroy them unknown content from their reading in the old version. You can safely change the groups to your heart's content. When return you this document in 2015, you redo the work plans of the groups.   Take a step back and think about your problem, it doesn't seem to be a value to a script that converts group work plans + layer masks for your workflow to have your documents that is consumed by the customers of 2014. This would be carried out in 2015 because she would need understand the work plans. And maybe vice versa from 2014 to 2015, assuming that the documents were not published in a hostile way. We're not likely to write such a script as a generic tool, but someone competent with script might be able to do this.

  Some tips that can be difficult to find through the help:

  Type:

  When you want to change the overall size of the Type (text), make sure you only select the integer object; You can do it with the selection tool (Direct) (one of the arrows).

  When you want to change the size of the specific characters/parties of Type, make sure that you select (only) the relevant part with the text tool (T).

  If you do the opposite, you'll regret.

  Weight of the race:

  That's what you call in the op line weight.  It's in the stroke palette/Panel.

  
  

  Both:

  You can use the menu drop-down and select the values or insert; both have pt for points as a default value, but you can use other units by adding their abbreviation (mm for mm, cm, cm, inches, px for pixel (which is basically the same as pt), and you don't want to know about picas.)

  If you need or want to, you can also change the units generally, edit > Preferences > units & Undo; any change persists until changed again, through documents.

  I m working on a book, and when I select a title, in the font option in the character panel size appears a number in parentheses next to the number that indicates the size of the font. For example, I chose 9 pt for the title, but after I applied this seting, in font size option appears: 9pt (8.84) so the size of the cuff is 8.84 and I couldn t change that!   I compare this title with other people, whose size is 9 and is a little smaller.

  I applied a paragraph Style to the headline, located in 9 pt font size, and the same appears: 9 pt (8.84) the problem is that I have a lot of headlines this ditch the book and I would like to change their size in the paragraph style and it doesn´t work, always appear a smaller number in parentheses.

  Are you sure the version number? Version 3 is CS and CS3 is version 5. I do not see the parentheses in CS3, but it doesn't really matter. Select the image, and then in the context menu of Palette control seek an order as "Reset scaling to 100%" which should correct the figures to represent exactly the size of the type currently is. Then fix the setting that Bob stated in your preferences.
