size of the text in the images of the culture

I have picturs of which I get in camera raw (e.g. 5 x 7 inches) for portrait of impression, then export to photoshop to add the text layer with my signature (I added an action for this). According to crop the size of the text is different in each size, since I have so many images for this what step do I take the text out of the same size in each image. I heard in lightroom, you can specify a percentage for the text to be. Is there something like this in photoshop CS6? Or another way to add a signature with the same textsize?

That is a good question. Lightroom to do this very easily.

For Photoshop, there is an extension Panel as a Photoshop genius - Russell Brown scripted. You can download it here: http://www.russellbrown.com/images/tips_downloads/Watermark_Installer_2.0.5.zip

Adobe Extension Manager will install it for you and it is ready to use within Photoshop C6. You can choose the Source watermark file, the images that you want to treat, watermark Position & Style (including the opacity) and finally export your JPEG files.

Here is a screenshot of what the Panel looks like with the settings you want to use as you asked in your question:

    When I add text to an image that starts as a RAW file, I have no problem. When I try to add text to an image that is only a jpg file, the size of the text is extremely low. Even when I change the the font size to 72 pt, it is always small. How can I fix it?

    You set the font size to a size that is suitable for the size of the document.   Size of the document may vary everywhere.   To resolve this problem in action, I solved in scaling the document to a known size then use a font suitable for a document of this size.  When you resize an image using size with resample Images not only checked a single pixel is change everything that is changed is the DPI image resolution setting.  So if you size a picture 8 "wide you choose a font size is good for wide image 8" the Save action.  To work around the problem of changing the size of the printing I wrote a Script to use in such an action.  The script is used twice, there is a backup and restore script.   The first time that the script is used the script records the resolution DPI images in the metadata documents.  The second time that the script is executed, it retrieves the registered PID parameter deletes the record of metadata from images and set the DPI images that had been saved.    If the use of fonts for the document 8 "will be resized to fit the print original size.

    In a script, you can calculate a correct font size to use.  Actions cannot retrieve information or use logic. They need to use the Plug-ing and Script where logic is needed.  When you make using Photoshop UI you use your eyes and brain.

  • Get the old value of font size of the text after resizing the image.

    Hi all

    I write the script to get the size of the font of the text layer. I'm old font size after resizing the image.

    Here are the steps:

    -I write the function to get the property of the selected text layer...

    getInfoOfText = function (textLayer)

    {

    ........;

    var textItem = textLayer.textItem;

    fontSize var = textItem.size;

    .........;

    }

    -After image resize 50%. I am executing this function.

    But I get always the old value of font size.

    Let's say that the size of the font of the text = 36 px.

    Now I apply Image resize 50%. Thus, the size of the font of the text becomes 18 px.

    Now, if I run the 'getInfoOfText' function, I get always 36 px.

    I can't understand the behavior. Am I missing something here? Is it possible to get the correct font size value?

    Please note that I use the CS6 version.

    Waiting for your help guys.

    Thank you

    It seems that there is a BUG in CS6 and CC with transformed text, here is a function of http://www.ps-bridge-scripts.talktalk.net/

    function getFontSize(){
    if(app.version.match(/^\d+/) < 13) return activeDocument.activeLayer.textItem.size;
    var ref = new ActionReference();
    ref.putEnumerated( charIDToTypeID('Lyr '), charIDToTypeID('Ordn'), charIDToTypeID('Trgt') );
    var desc = executeActionGet(ref).getObjectValue(stringIDToTypeID('textKey'));
    var textSize =  desc.getList(stringIDToTypeID('textStyleRange')).getObjectValue(0).getObjectValue(stringIDToTypeID('textStyle')).getDouble (stringIDToTypeID('size'));
    if (desc.hasKey(stringIDToTypeID('transform'))) {
                var mFactor = desc.getObjectValue(stringIDToTypeID('transform')).getUnitDoubleValue (stringIDToTypeID('yy') );
        textSize = (textSize* mFactor).toFixed(2).toString().replace(/0+$/g,'').replace(/\.$/,'');
        }
    return textSize;
    };

  • Text and the size of the image - computer and Mobile

    The size of the text for the h1 and the footer on the website, we have created using Dreamweaver CS6 seems well seen with a computer in Firefox, Chrome and IE, but it is really big compared to the text in the sidebar1″ and the menu bar on an iPhone.  On an iPhone, the text reduced properly sidebar1″ and bar menus spry, but don't spread as you wait for h1 or footer, language which means that the page to be very long.

    Using the CSS panel, we set the font size of 11 pt and 100% h1 and it does make a difference.

    Also an image in the sidebar is still large and runs outside the sidebar seen on an iPhone and an Android tablet.  We have removed the width and height in the hope he could solve the problem and allow the image to shrink compared to the sidebar, but it didn't.   You can provide any help would be great!

    PT is for printing. Try to use pixels instead.  12pt is about 16px.

  • Definition of the size of the image in the dynamic text box

    I have a dynamic text box in which I'm embedding an image.  The following code fills the text box

    infoBox.informationText.htmlText=
         "<font size='16' color='#FFFAF0'>"+calledMarkerIndex+
         "\n<font size='14' color='#FFFAF0'>"+calledMarkerDate+
         "<img src='http://jacobull.files.wordpress.com/2010/06/ween.jpg'/>"+
         "\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<font size='12' color='#FFFAF0'>"+calledMarkerDescription;

    How set the size of the image in the code above.  I tried to insert the width and height parameters after the path of the image, but an error is generated.  I would like for the width of the image to be as wide as the text of infoBox.informationText Dynamics

    Any suggestions?

    Also the path to each image corresponds to a variable called calledMarkerContent how could put the img src is equal to the variable called calledMarkerContent?

    Hello J,

    If you use a component to scroll, you can eventually use the ScrollPane for movieclips instead.

    The Adobe AS2 components reference:

    " The ScrollPane component to view video clips, the JPEGs and SWFs in a scrollable area. Using a scroll pane, you can limit the amount of space occupied by these types of media screen. The scroll pane can display the content loaded from a local drive or on the Internet. You can set this content during programming and execution with ActionScript. "page 1093 "

    This way you could integrate the area of dynamic text (for your text) both the movieclip (which has the text for your image inside box) that you can then scale them both in an another movieclip (parent), you use the ScrollPane component on.

    This way your text in dynamic text field dimensionnera not, the image can be scaleed to the size of what ever you like (dynamically) and if the two are sitting in a parent movieclip, this parent movieclip may have a ScrollPane component on it.

    How does that sound?

    Best regards

    Chris

  • Resizing of text containers based on the size of the adjacent Image components

    I have a strange problem related to the size of a text element. Basically, in my application, I have all hbox 1000 pixels wide with a component of the image on the side of left hand which is not scaling and its content is dynamic which means that when you click on certain items that it changes in size and width, etc., as an image larger or smaller is charged in it. In the same hbox to the right of the present, I have a text box that is also populated dynamically by different text in this way.

    The height and width of the image of the components is not defined and is not text, boxes because like I said I want that they be filled dynamically, but I'm going to limit the width of the image of setting, is a maximum width of 600, but what I want is that the image is resized to take over a large part of the area h I want the text box, to take the rest of the hbox with it is the flow of text on the following lines below. At the point where the text just seems to be flowing outside the hbox through her box Cup right so to speak without going to a new line when it reaches the edge of the hbox.

    I don't have a lot of experience working with dynamic text. Can someone give me advice on this or tell me how to fix? Thanks for your suggestions.

    Affecting usually the width of the text box to 100% done deal regardless of the Image occupies no space. It doesn't work?

  • Can I get the size of the decent text everywhere?

    Including system menus, applications on opening without zooming, etc.. ?

    I use a size of minimum font in Firefox, of course, but I need a solution in the world.

    I have been using the reduced resolution settings, but they blur text and cause spacing and make bugs. I can't use the zoom options for accessibility, because the zoom and other animation often triggers my migraines. I had my eyes checked last year.

    Hello Marja, e.

    Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

    I see that you want to change the appearance of text on your MacBook to make it easier to see what is on your screen. I understand how difficult it can be to not be able to see the items on your Mac, as well as it should. I often have to change the settings for appearance on my MacBook as well. Let's see how I can help out.

    See the article OS X El Capitan: make it easier to see what's on the screen, more precisely, these sections:

    Change the appearance of the desktop

    Make the less transparent office: menu choose Apple > System Preferences, click Accessibility, click view, and then select "Reduce transparency." The transparent areas of the gray became windows desktop and app.

    Choose an image from the office with less colors or forms: menu choose Apple > System Preferences, click Desktop & screen saver, click Desktop, browse folders of photo on the left, then select a less crowded picture or a solid on the right color.

    Making darker borders: choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, click Accessibility, click view, and then select 'increase the contrast. OS X automatically reduces transparency and makes the borders of buttons, boxes, and other elements more visible on-screen.

    Increase the size of the cursor: menu choose Apple > System Preferences, click Accessibility, click view, and then move the cursor size slider to the right that you need.

    Make icons and other larger items

    Increase the size of icons and the desktop icon text: control-click on the desktop, choose Show Options, then move "Icon size" slider to the right. Click on the drop down menu "Text size", then choose a text size.

    Increase the size of the icons and icon text in a folder from the Finder: select the folder in the Finder, and then choose View > View Options. The view you are using for the folder determines how to increase size.

    • To display the icon, move "Icon size" slider to the right. Click on the drop down menu "Text size", then choose a text size.

    • For a list or Cover Flow view, select the size of icon to the right of "size of the icon. Click on the drop down menu "Text size", then choose a text size.

    • For the display of the column, click the drop-down menu "Text size", then choose a text size. You can't choose a size from icon.

    Increase the size of items in the Finder and Mail boxes: menu choose Apple > System Preferences, click general, click on the drop down menu "Sidebar icon size", then choose wide.

    For more information, please see OS X El Capitan: use accessibility features

    All the best.

  • Could not find the wrapping of text around an image in Keynote

    I see post of 2007 where you can't wrap text around an image in Keynote. Is this always the case? Hope not... very disappointing if so.

    There is no tool to wrap text in Keynote. Text wrapping is a tool of print media to maximize space in the column in print, if that's what you try to do, use the Apple's Pages.

    Keynote is a presentation of screen based application, (slide show) so there is very little use for the text wrapping.

    You can do a work around, but it is not perfect:

    • Place the image on the slide

    • Place the two shapes on the slide, one for the area of text, image size
    • order click on the two forms;     to select both
    • Format > forms > subtract shapes;     will cut a hole in the greatest shape
    • Paste the text into the larger shape

    • format text

  • Text too small menu Web page size in the mobile phone

    Hello

    I have a Web page to test 2 columns with a menu on the left and content on the right.

    The text in the menu is defined as make-size: 100%; which is the same as the paragraph tag used in the content side.

    However, the menu text when seen in a cell phone screen 5 "shows about half vertically or horizontally.

    The text of the menu is less then half the size.

    In my web browser on my pc and my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 "screen menu text is the same size as the content side.

    Hello

    I did what you suggested removing the min-width: 850px; and now the size of the text is the same for all 3 web browsers.

    I noticed that my image was straddling the container div so I created an image class and removed from the HTML, the width and height and now the image is resized within the DIV.

    HTML:

    CSS:

    {.image1}

    Max-width: 100%;

  • Reduce the size of the pdf while maintaining image quality

    Hello

    I have 5 pages in PDF of very hi res images - one of the images is a full page.  I need to shrink down so I can send it to people.

    The size of the original file is 60 MB.  When I use the option ' save under / optimized pdf "it it narrows up to 1.5 MB.  To small size the images seem very pixelated... and the text on some pages (especially the italicized text) sounds really weird.  I think there must be a happy medium... a size I can always email but looks better?

    I tried messing around with the options, but I can't seem to cut more than 1.5 MB!  There seems to be 60 or 1.5 MB... not between the two.

    Can anyone throw any light on this for me please?

    Thank you!!

    Just change your optimization under the Graphics tab options. With 60 MB of graphics, do not wait the results to be great when downsample you, but you have a little left of the Hall with 1.5 MB. You could try to reduce the colors (not 24 million) or using lossy compression, if they are available. I have to go to the screen to see what options are available.
